Located in a decent area, comfortable beds, needed to be a little cleaner, but it was good.

Water Pressure was low. No hot water supply in both the rooms. We complained to the host with photos. Nothing was done.

it was an amazing experience for me and my wife, we enjoy so much to be there ,it was spacious and beautiful , really modern and nice decorated! We loved it! Iván the host was really nice with us! Totally recommended!

Love the place and how moderned it was.

The location was close to the town’s restaurants and a few main attractions. The room was clean.

The host Ivan Contreras was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. He called the night before our rental date at 9:30pm to give instructions and requested a $200 deposit via zelle that was not returned as agreed. Oddly his communication was through the app “whatsapp” which was strange and unprofessional for business purposes. He claimed I broke a pendant light glass which we never touched and charged me $58.45 for the entire lamp plus $33 for shipping, $27 for electric installation, and $10 for gas money to go pick up the lamp (this is after charging $33 for shipping). He failed to provide proper invoices for all the made up charges. He wanted to keep all the deposit money and had no shame making up charges which were even hard to believe. He never returned my deposit money. Pictures attached below show the unprofessionalism of this man. The conversation is in Spanish but it confirms what a horrible experience this was. It had to be reported to Booking.com I highly recommend, due to my first hand experience, that you stay somewhere else. The town is beautiful and has a lot to offer. There are honest people out there. Take your business elsewhere where its appreciated and not taken advantage of.
