Nice and clean house with garage parking. The only negative is about the city, not the house.

The house was very clean and in a quiet location with lots of shops nearby. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware that made it easy to have meals at home. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The house is nice. There were only two of us but could easily accommodate four or five people. The bedrooms are lovely, great pillows and bedding. We felt the living room could use some updating / brightening but again, functional and adequate. Overall a great stay…be sure to check out the downtown area of Eureka - very cool!

After I stay somewhere, I ask myself if I'd stay there again. Sometimes, it's a difficult decision. In this case it was not as I left a day early. My big issue with the place is that the bed in the master was very hard. I could not sleep on my side because my shoulder kept falling asleep. A truly terrible night's sleep. And there were so many little things that added up. My friend takes sugar in coffee. A reasonable thing. No sugar was available. Also very odd mounting the toilet paper directly behind the toilet. Serious 180 degree turn needed to reach TP. silly. So many more things that could have been better with a little effort. And dealing with Vacasa is not direct. When I asked a question- same question twice, I'm sure I got a bot answer which did not answer my question. I prefer to stay in places managed by humans. I won't be staying here again.

Overall the house was clean and had a very homey feeling to it. Neighbors did not bother us and the location was great. Center of eureka and everything was very close within a 5 min drive. Overall would recommend to others. Only item we could not find that was needed was an iron for clothing. Home had everything needed for the stay.

Beautiful little place. Living room and full kitchen downstairs. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Fully equipped. Everything you could ever need. Minor downsides: No garage door opener; have to park, go inside, open garage door, then go back out and drive car into garage. Not a big deal. And street entrance is from Suxth Street, even though address is on Seventh Street. Tricky the first time! Then we got it. Beautiful area!

Finding such a good location to the campus was the priority, but we want to say this property has everything you need- whether it’s a quick weekend stay, business or graduation! Very clean. Kitchen has all necessities, washer and dryer, garage, beds super comfy and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Target 5 min away was a bonus! Thank you for a great stay- will be recommending to family and friends!

Convenient location for sightseeing, but not much privacy with house built just a few feet away from original home on the property. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Calendar in kitchen was for 2022, so purchased a new 2023 calendar for future guests. Liked the balcony in 2nd bedroom upstairs. Enjoyed hearing frog and bird sounds at night.

Home was well kept and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and St Joseph’s hospital which is what we needed. Checkin was easy and everything was as advertised

The home met my needs perfectly. There was a musty smell, maybe marijuana smell that dissipated when I opened windows and sliding door. Being able to use the garage was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable. I had what I needed to cook, minus olive oil. I appreciated little touches like complimentary soaps for laundry and kitchen and shower. I really liked the space, neighbors are very close, but I just kept the window shade closed. I was very comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you!

Met our needs. I come back to Eureka every year and go to every beach for 50 miles. I like family to be able to come by to catch up. Place could use a larger trash can because we stayed 9 days. Needs a full length mirror. Thankful for the washer and dryer. Parking our large Toyota Tundra was a challenge. The place was clean, safe , and quiet.

The place was fantastic. Nice and clean and in a good location. However, I never received a single response for any of my questions from Vacasa in the vrbo app. And while at the house, the smoke detector started chirping so I tried calling Vacasa’s 24/7 support at around 10p, but nobody answered.
So good house, but nonexistent service from Vacasa.

Comfortable and close to everything.
We enjoyed our stay a lot. There is a lot of space with comfortable beds. The place was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. I particularly liked that it was in walking distance to downtown and the waterfront.

This house was very clean. I feel they should put a little effort on supplies. Coffee pot lid broken. 1 wine glass. The bathroom fan was filthy and dripped on you after shower.We did enjoy stay just feel This area needs to be improved. Thank you

Porch light out and a big hole by driveway. My wife stepped in it in the dark. Spained her knee. Dirty curtains. Basically clean but a shoddily built property. Stairs at an angle. Just not great. Not a great park of eureka. Commercial. Loud traffic

Nice place, confusing to find.
The house is located behind another house from one street. From the opposite direction it is tucked inside a mini street system. Clearer directions would have been helpful, but it was also night time and raining when I arrived which didn't help.

This spot served us well as a place to sleep while we explored Arcata, Eureka, and the nearby river. Neighbors were all nice; information about local amenities was thorough. No food prep facilities, so not quite a studio, but there was a secret fridge in the closet.
