Stayed here for 5 nights in June 24. Great home. Loved the bikes, the bbq and the fire pit. Appreciated the laundry too! Easy access to everywhere on cape cod. Loved our private beach. Could have stayed all summer…

We loved this place! It is so close to everything (beach, restaurants, Four Seas Ice Cream, etc,) but is also in a nice quiet neighborhood, so you get the best of both worlds. The bikes and beach pass were added bonuses and the house was awesome! It is even better in person than it looks online. I would definitely rent again. Laura (owner) is super nice, easy to communicate with and responds promptly.

We had a wonderful week here. The house was clean and matched the online description/pictures perfectly. Owners were warm and responsive. The rental included extras such as beach equipment and a coveted beach pass which saved us packing and money. Would highly recommend.

This home was spotless and everything was clean and washed well. Quiet , safe neighborhood where we walked often. Very close to the beautiful beach and shopping areas. Will stay again.

We had a great stay at this little cottage for our annual cape vacation. The house had everything we needed and it was so nice to have linens and towels included, plus the beach parking pass. The host was super friendly and responsive, and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. My family had an awesome vacation.

This cottage is very well set up with everything you need. The location is great with the beach nearby. We strolled around Hyannis harbor and enjoyed shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the camp fire a couple of nights too! Many thanks! Rose and Tom

We recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic property for our second visit, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The decision to stay here again was an easy one, given our exceptional experience during our first visit. The property continues to be a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, offering easy access to all the attractions while providing a peaceful retreat.

I was looking for a nice quiet neighborhood in a quaint cottage to take time away from my hectic life and I found it! The tasteful nautical 'Cape Cod' decor was charming. Very clean neat, calming colors, comfortable bed and living room sofa. If you enjoy tv, plenty of dvd's and shows. If you need a quiet space to read and/or get work done, this is the place. Water pressure in the shower was just right. I really cannot praise the cottage enough except to compliment the owner for being so friendly and available when I had a question. I returned home relaxed and revived. If I am in need of a quick getaway or a longer reprieve in the future I hope this little gem will be available.

Enjoyable brief getaway in clean, quiet, comfortable rental. Walk to beach, centrally located for short Cape Cod trips. Well maintained and up to date accommodations.

House was very clean and perfect for our week-long stay. Communication with Laura was easy and quick. Location was convenient for day trips to Ptown, Chatham and Martha’s Vineyard. Did not get to enjoy the backyard due to weather, nor the roomy basement (rest of house was room enough)—maybe next time.

The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners reached out to make sure everything was ok when we checked in. Check in was super easy and no house keys to have to deal with. Great location too! Very nice stay!

Comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach house in quiet residential neighborhood, with Craigville Beach about 1 mile (20-minute walk) away. House has all the kitchen essentials (except dishwasher), and washer / dryer in lower level. House was clean, living room was comfortable with large assortment of games and puzzles. Bedroom AC window unit was loud when it kicked on but effective.

My family (husband and 2 little kids) stayed at Cape Cottage and it was perfect for us. We loved the proximity to the beach, the use of the beach pass made traveling to different beaches affordable. We loved how close the cottage was to Hyannis for the shops but the location was remote enough that the streets weren't busy and there wasn't a lot of noise from neighbors. The cottage was as described, cute, clean, and communication with the hosts was quick and helpful. Would stay here again if we come to the Cape!

The house was great. It was just enough space for me and my daughter. We loved and used the bikes, fire pit, outdoor shower. The house was one mile to Craigville Beach and also close to a grocery store and downtown Hyannis. Having linens provided was a big plus.

Laura and Chris have a wonderful home with all that a family needs for the perfect Cape Cod retreat. We loved the outdoor shower, fire pit and used the bikes a ton. The proximity to Craigville beach and all that the mid-Cape has to offer was perfect. Laura and Chris were gracious and responsive hosts and we were thrilled with the opportunity to spend time in their home. Run, don't walk to this cottage by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is lovely and centrally located. Laura was a great host, promptly answering all our questions. We can highly recommend her and her great cottage.

We stayed on at the property for the Memorial Day weekend in 2022. I wish we stayed longer as the place is fantastic: close to everything, yet really quiet. The cottage is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the Cape, and everything is in great condition. Last, but not least, communication with the host was great. We needed a little help in the beginning and Laura was on the phone with us the minute we arrived at the cottage. Overall, great stay -- highly recommended!

Perfect cottage, plenty of room, and great distance to all the local spots and activities. The large back yard was also a great time with the fire pit and gas bbq. Me my wife and our daughter stayed the weekend and can’t wait to come back soon!

This property was great. The pictures were completely accurate. The house was clean and well maintained. It had a nice secluded back yard and was in a quite neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding and check in was quite easy. All the needed information was in the check in email along with some other great information. We are looking to be able to stay here again. Very satisfied!!!!

Great rental all around. Communication with host was quick to reply. Great size yard, bed was super comfy. Listing is exactly what you get. Many amenities. Well appointed kitchen and beach gear. Highly recommend commend this host and rental property. Would stay again in a minute! Loved it.

We enjoyed a weeklong stay at this ideal Cape Cottage! Less than 2 minute drive to Covell’s beach (we have little kids but it’s walkable for adults/older kids!) which had plenty of parking, clean restrooms and an ice cream truck that visited. The beach pass provided with the rental was great for all Barnstable beaches. The home was perfect for our family of 4. The AC’s in the two bedrooms kept the house very comfortable during the day with the doors open, and the bedrooms cool with the doors shut at night. Cozy sheets/blankets and fluffy bath towels, along with beach towels and “sandfree” towels, were provided. The outdoor shower was a HUGE hit with kids and adults alike; it had great water pressure and plenty of hooks for towels/swimsuits. The fire pit was ideal for the evenings and s’mores. The backyard space allowed for the kids to run and play, while the adults relaxed in the very quiet neighborhood. Communication was pleasant and prompt with the owners. Check in/out was a breeze. This was a hidden gem in the sea of Cape Cod rentals!

I've never seen - in any house we stayed before (and we traveled a lot) - such a thorough preparedness to whatever their guest might need! From beach equipment to toiletries to pots and pans. Great hosts, quickly responded to my texts, made sure we were totally satisfied.

We so enjoyed our stay at this home and would easily recommend it to others. We were here a month, and did not run into any problems. The owner was quick to respond to our few questions, and gave us good suggestions during our stay for things to do. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and an easy walk to the beach. The rental was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the beds comfortable. Although we didn’t have many fires, we all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. OH! I also appreciated the fresh flower arrangement on the table when we arrived.

We could tell that everything in this home was chosen with much thought, right down to the decorations, bedding, and beach items. The beds were really comfortable. The owners supplied fire starter items for the fire pit and two bikes for getting around. This area is a short walk or drive to Covell’s Beach – a private residents beach of which the owners had left a beach pass for us. Craigville beach is next door to Covell’s Beach but, as a public beach, was much more crowded. This rental is only a couple of miles to Hyannis and close to all of the regular shopping that you would need. It is basically easy to get anywhere on the cape from this location. It made me want to live there!!!!Thank-you to the owners for making our stay so enjoyable. You have a gem there. We will be back.

Our trip to the Cape was very relaxing and wonderful, thanks to Laura and Chris. The house had everything we needed; a great backyard, outdoor shower, cozy living room, and was so close to the beach and Main Street!

We had a really nice stay in this charming cottage. The location is great. It’s near the beaches and all of the little villages of Barnstable - most things are working a 5 to 10 minute drive. Due to Covid, we stuck to outdoor activities, and really enjoyed the fire pit and grilling dinners outside at the cottage. We will definitely come back post-Covid so we can explore area shops, museums, galleries and restaurants.
