The house with 5 master bedrooms was perfect for us and our guests. The house had everything we needed and was situated in a beautiful area

Great house with lots of room; great for 5 couples. Lots of nice amenities.

We have stayed in many homes at Suncadia and this one is our favorite so far. The home is gorgeous and has a lot of room to spread out. My teenage daughters were thrilled to each have their own king suite. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. Having two ovens and two dishwashers made cooking and cleaning up much easier. The house was extremely clean and all beds were super comfortable. We would love to stay here again!!

We came for a last minute spring break trip. The home was perfect for our group. Stocked with everything you could imagine and the beds were so comfy. Wonderful memories made.

This is our 2nd time stay in this property and so far our two experiences were excellent and those are the best experiences we had in the past few years.

Very beautiful house. We were two families together with kids. Everything was beyond words beautiful and clean. Just keep in mind, if it’s saying you have to leave prompt at 11:00, they are not kidding. At 10:55 we had the cleaning lady in the parking lot. We were completely packed, ready to leave, just one of the girls couldn’t locate her Invisalign case and we were frantically searching for it. Found it in the very last minute, when we were told if we don’t leave, they will charge additional fees, so this was a minor issue there at the end, but other than that everything was perfect. Little note: - This house is not part of the Suncadia resort and you don’t have access to the heated outdoor pool or to the indoor water park, but you have your own indoor sauna and the jacuzzi that is located OUTSIDE. .( before coming we thought that was inside based on the house pictures), so everybody was super happy.

Overall, this home was fantastic. The host was a pleasure to work with and we didn’t have to contact him about anything during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for anything you could imagine and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was an immense plus. We enjoyed all the amenities and nothing was left wanting. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering hosting friends or family and look forward to booking again!

Incredible property for a family gathering! The five bedrooms with king-size beds and gorgeous en-suite bathrooms were loved by everyone. The kitchen is a chefs dream with double sinks, ovens and dishwashers. We loved the electric skillet for pancakes and French toast. This kitchen is stocked! Spices galore, beautiful serve ware, and I loved the giant margarita pitcher with beautiful glassware. The kitchen has everything you need to make outstanding meals. We loved the four different fireplaces features and used them all. The sauna and hot tub provided ultimate relaxation, especially when you jump out and into the double shower with one side hot water and the other cold. We had a lot of fun and competitions in the lower level game room. The furnishings were all high end and so comfortable. The view was so peaceful with frequent visits from deer. We truly felt like we were staying at a 5 star spa hotel, it was difficult to leave!

This beautiful home in Suncadia is just as advertised. 5 bedrooms and they all could be called "The Master Suite". Kitchen was fabulous with double sinks, ovens and dishwashers. And the game room kept everyone entertained. Lots of space to "chill", both inside and out. Rent this; you won't be disappointed.

We were grateful to the owners for letting us check in early as we had cold groceries in the car. The home was spacious for 4 adult couples as we had plenty of room to spread out. We were there 9 days and there were no drawers or cabinets to unpack our clothes and no coat hangars for skirts. Not the end of the world but we book homes about 4 -6 times a year for 9-15 days each and we like to unpack and not have stacks of clothes lying around. Another snail thing is we could find any “chip clips, twos ties” or anything like that so we bought some tape to close our bags 😬. We did enjoy coffee on the balcony by the fire, playing ping pong, pool, shuffle board and cards M husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and sauna the last few nights which was wonderful. Beautiful part of the country ❤️

This house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great allowing everyone to have their space and preferred sleeping arrangements. The ground level bar and entertainment area was a great hang out space with games, large TV, and access to the patio and fire pit. The large kitchen was the best equipped of any rental property we have ever had. Having two dishwashers and sinks ended up being very useful, not to mention two set of washer/dryers. We have already booked the house for next year...!

We enjoyed a short 4-day stay at this beautiful home with our two adult kids, their spouses and our almost 2 and almost 3-year-old grandkids. The house worked perfectly for us offering so much space and a variety of levels to separate for noise if necessary. The house itself was really well designed for a larger party, with ample indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and play. The lower level offered lots of gaming opportunities: pool, shuffleboard, ping pong and a wet bar. We even made use of the huge tv down there to play a cooperative video game together which was great fun. The home is really perfect for multiple families traveling together, so many bedrooms and each with their own ensuite bath and other special features. The kitchen is huge and encourages group cooking, with multiple ovens, dishwashers, sinks and fridges there was no stepping on toes and cleaning up was a breeze. Huge outdoor table on the deck beckoned me at each meal and I really wanted to have at least one of our meals there, but it was just too hot, so we ate indoors. Easy walk to a great park for kids, lovely green views and very quiet. The house itself is very well built, and nicely decorated. All of the furnishings were comfortable, and it was easy to feel 'at home' there. The kitchen had some basics on hand and the tools and dishes we needed to cook all of the meals we had planned. I'd like to return when it is snowy and cold just so I can sit out on the covered decks with the fireplace and snuggle up with a hot toddy and a great read! It was a lovely place to spend a few days in the summer heat, but I think it would be equally wonderful in the snow! The owners were great to work with and check-in and check-out was a breeze.

This property was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect getaway for our group. Moms and our teenage daughters stayed for a week while in town for a soccer tournament. The house was clean and very well maintained. Everything in the house was top quality - from the furniture to appliances to even light fixtures. The owners thought of every little detail to make our stay enjoyable. The house already had many supplies that we didn’t expect like Paper towels, trash bags, and even spices. We really enjoyed making dinners in the large kitchen. Our girls liked having their own space in the basement to watch movies or play one of the many games available. We all enjoyed time in the hot tub. We also had our own space as each of the 5 bedrooms is a master with a full bathroom. The property was over an hour drive from Seattle, but well worth the drive. I had some initial questions up front and the owners were very responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

Great experience

Talk about a home away from home! Despite its grand spaces, this place has a coziness that will transform your getaway. The main deck furniture and fire table is THE spot for relaxation and listening to the frogs at night (unless you also have a family member who likes playing DJ with the wireless speaker … but after 10 p.m. it’s back to nature, yay!). The kitchen can accommodate an entire crew, for making whatever suits each person’s fancy. Two sinks, two ovens and two dishwashers ensure efficiency, with counter space for days. The game room has something for everyone, in any weather. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms with bathrooms en suite give all guests optimal privacy. The Alderwood Lodge will definitely deliver for your next get-together!

Home was perfect for us to have a few days before and after our daughters wedding that was held at Swift Water - super clean,cozy and convenient to the winery and lodge.

Great property for couples since every room had an en suite bathroom. Everything was in good condition.

The property was accurate to the listing on VRBO. Kevin and Sharan were great to work with. We went during a crazy time weather wise and Kevin checked in to make sure that we were able to make it. A few questions came up throughout our stay and he was always quick to respond and help. The property has so much entertainment (pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, tv's, etc.) and is great for gathering. We would stay at this property again and recommend it for others as well!

My friends and I rented the Alderwood Lodge over a weekend in January. This house was gorgeous and had everything we needed AND MORE for a relaxing and fun getaway. The house was spacious and had many things to do while snowed in: hot tub, sauna, and multiple game room options! The many fire places and the fire table paired with the outdoor porch heaters were perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the chilly weather. The large kitchen with two ovens and open space allowed us to make meals for our large group and the two sinks and dishwashers allowed for quick cleanup! It was so nice to have private bathrooms in each of the bedrooms too. Thank you Kevin and Sharan for creating such a perfect spot to spend time with family and friends and for such great communication. We can’t say enough wonderful things about your place. We hope to visit again someday!

They thought of everything in this beautifully designed home!!!! Having many VRBO rentals ourselves there is not a detail left out. Beautiful bedding, 5 master suites, spectacular kitchen equipped with everything you need to complete 5 star meals, game room with a bar, hot tub, sauna, fire pits. Need we say more, we could! Just an amazing 5 star experience!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this stunning Suncadia home in such a beautiful setting. We arrived just in time to briefly meet Kevin and Sharan, the owners, who did a great job communicating prior to our arrival. The house was exceptionally clean and right away we were impressed by the high quality finishes and all the wonderful furnishings. There was plenty of seating both indoors and out. We absolutely loved sitting outside where it was so quiet and peaceful, and relaxing in all the many wonderful deck and patio seating areas. The heaters and fire table provided just the right amount of heat for chilly mornings or evenings. The big outdoor table was great for family meals as was the large table inside. We prepared a large family meal each night and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve our large group. There was a great selection of kitchen tools, serving bowls/platters and glassware. Especially amazing was the spice drawer and pantry basics (sugar, oils), along with plastic wrap, bags & foil. There was plenty of room to store our food in the main refrigerator, another in the garage, double refrigerated drawers at the bar and the pantry closet. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and wonderful en suite bathrooms. We all enjoyed the fabulous lower level game room and bar area. The hot tub and sauna were in great condition and worked well. Overall this home was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay in it for future Suncadia vacations. The only thing I would recommend is to have some additional firm sleeping pillows as many seemed to be a bit floppy and flat.

Everything about this house is what we wanted! Each bedroom is a master bedroom which is perfect for couples. This was our second time staying here and definitely plan on being back again!
