The house was absolutely wonderful! It was very spacious with enough bathrooms for multiple families.
The house was clean and had everything neccessary for an enjoyable vacation (minus coffee. bring your own coffee).
The tweens enjoy the pool table / arcade / large TV in the lower level. Overall, with the large group we had, we never felt tight or on top of each other.
The house is so close to all the major attractions/restaurtants. While you will not get the views of being up in the mountains, the proximity to all attractions was worth it for our needs.
To end the review, we had no issues w/ communicaiton with the owner. Sandy was very responsive and answer any and all questions we had promptly. Again, this was a very positive experience for us. Would gladly recommend this house to others looking for a large house to fit multiple people/families.

This property was great for our big family. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed the game room and hot tub.

We had the best time! We traveling for a cheerleading competition and this cabin was perfect for all of our needs as we had 15 people staying. Everything was neat and clean. We loved the area and the aesthetic itself. We will definitely be staying here again.

1st extended trip with most of the family and it was awesome This cabin was amazing!! I loved everything about it. The views were great. It was plenty of space for the 13 of us. We didn’t feel cramped up or on top of each other. Very well kept. Would definitely go back again and again.

For an older property is was well maintained. Plenty of room for all 21 of us. Kitchen was well stocked, but could use some newer pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The location is great, with a back way to get to Dollywood. You can avoid all of the traffic in Pigeon Forge. I would rent this again.

We came for a conference at the le conte center. The cabin was perfect for our large group, spacious and very accessible. We loved how close it is to the parkway. We definitely want to stay here again.

We shared the cabin another family for 5 days. Plenty of space for people to sleep and hang out. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the owner was super responsive and got the issue resolved that day. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great! Plenty of space for your privacy and plenty of family space for games and making memories. Easily accessible to town, yet gave you the mountain feel and privacy that we all wanted!
Only thing was the bottom floor level was very cold, back door needed a new seal to keep the cold out and maybe additional heaters. Other than that it was a really great house. The manager Sandy was awesome, easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfectly in order for us, great experience!

The location was excellent! Only a few minutes drive to all the attractions. The place was very roomy and decorated beautifully. It was well-equipped with everything our family needed for a fun stay. Sandy (property mgr) was very responsive and helpful with all questions before and during the stay. I highly recommend this property.

The cabin had a great location and the roads were not steep or winding. It was close to all the action. The layout of the cabin worked great for our family. We liked having the pull out couches where the kids could stay in our room. Our host, Sandy, checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay and was quick to respond.

We enjoyed our stay ! Location was just a short distance from parkway. Very spacious with all the necessities ! Would encourage pillow tops for the beds, not very comfortable.

Great vacation
House was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the Mattresses made a lot of noise, to the point where if one person rolled over in the night it would wake up their partner. Other than that, the property was great!
Close to all activities, spacious and functional, with a nice layout. Kids enjoyed playing pool and video games, and visiting the pool down the hill. Kitchen was great for food prep. There was space for eating and cards. On suite bathrooms for most of the rooms was a bonus! We had a great stay and would go again and/or recommend to others!

Great cabin!
This was the perfect cabin for our family. Game room was fun, beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and the checkout procedures were the easiest we have ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again!

2022 July Family Vacation
The house was great for our family vacation. We especially liked that the bedrooms had additional beds with the pullout couches so the kids could sleep with their parents. Loved the bunk room too for a larger family to be together at night. The attached bathrooms were all spacious. The game room was a great gathering space. Pool was a nice size and very popular but we always found a good time to visit it with our group. We were close to town and all that it offered but the house felt secluded and with the view of the mountains, like we were deep in the woods. The hot tub had some issues but it was too warm to use it anyway. Checkin and checkout was really easy and Sandy was quick to respond to all our needs. We would all love to come back again!

Most of our stay, the cabin was 80 - 85 degrees and when we said something, we got blamed for messing with the thermostat and we didn't touch it! I think we should get a partial refund. We you have a cabin like that spend that much money on it, it should have air conditioning!

FANTASTIC EXPERENCE
Property located minutes fron town proper. Something for everyone.
The pool was enjoyed by all but the public stair case for access was under repair making it almost necessary to drive to it.
The home was perfect for our family group! Management was responsive to all our needs!

The central location to the main strip for activities was a added bonus, definitely bringing a long board next time to take advantage of the rolling hills. I would recommend this cabin and company (kept things simple and peaceful to deal with) to anyone thinking of enjoying a vacation in Pigeon Forge.

The property was in a great location it is near everything. The grocery stores, outlet mall, dining, and entertainment are all 10 to 15 minutes away. The cabin itself was very clean and spacious. It was located in a very nice area and it was peaceful. The cabin also had pots, pans, detergent, cleaning supplies, wifi, and cable all the things you would need to enjoy your time in the cabin if you did not want to go outdoors. I would visit this cabin again it was truly worth it.

This property was perfect for our group of 20! The owner is very easy to communicate with and has a quick response time to any questions that we had. The checkout process was a breeze! We will definitely book this property again if we come to this area in the future.

Great place to stay.
We loved the cabin. Only two things we would complain about are, the were spider webs on the top of the walls in almost every room and I believe it's because the ceilings are high and the cleaning crew can't see them or reach. Even though there are two big water heaters, the hot water would run out only after a couple of us would shower. We would all have to limit our showers to really short showers and by the end some of us would still end up with cold water. Other than that beautiful cabin with everything you would need for a great vacation.

Only thing that would have been really nice would be an ice maker/fresh water fridge. Currently just a regular fridge in the kitchen. Very well pleased with the people in charge and had a great stay.

Family Trip to Pigeon Forge
This was a pre-Thanksgiving gathering of family since everyone could not be together on the actual day. The location of the cabin made it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite part of Pigeon Forge - some went shopping, some enjoyed the rides and other attractions. We all enjoyed our family time in the cabin. The cabin itself accommaded all 17 of us comfortably.

Big Cabin
This easily slept 13 people with 3 beds not even used. Teens loved the game room and hot tub. We put all the teens on the bottom floor with the game room so they could still be loud and it not bother the rest of us. Tons of seating for dining. We had 6 adults and 7 kids.
