Stayed with my family of 7, host went out of his way to provide us all we needed. Great spot.

The house is clean, spacious and in a great setting. Loved the walk through the trees to the gorgeous lake view at the end of the road.

We were welcomed with a clean, modern remodeled home. Everything in it's place. The host let me know ahead of time that the deck was being refinished, and even though the BBQ grill was sitting in the yard below, we were still able to enjoy a lovely deck, and still had good accessibility to the grill. The propane ran out soon after starting the grill but we were happy to discover a new full tank in the garage. The hot tub was lush, even though it hadn't been covered when we arrived so a few bugs that accessed their way into the tub were easily fished out. There were very precise and organized instructions available and more amenities than a hotel could offer. The house was clean, the beds/bedding very comfortable and just a hop and skip for "town". I definitely would stay again and I'll recommend the home to anyone who want's a newer, more modern feel to their stay. However the signs in the bathrooms that ask the guests to use the dark colored towels for make-up removal were not available. We found only white towels and wash cloths, so we tried our best to not soil the white towels with make-up. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay. The house was warm and comfortable and well equipped! Kevin was a great host and easy to communicate with! We definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was super clean and I appreciate that!! I would have loved to have the fire place working but I was aware before our stay that it wasn’t! The beds were ok not the best…. But other than that we really liked the house and the location!!!!!

The house was very nice and clean. It was close to many activities. Easy communication with the host with no problems.

This is a great location for summer activities with several outstanding hiking locations nearby. We had a group of 6 at the home and were very comfortable. The appliances and hot tub are new, and there are several excellent waterfront restaurants nearby. Kevin was an excellent host and extremely responsive throughout the process. We would easily stay here again if visiting Lake Tahoe.
