The cottage was beautiful, the property was well kept., the location was great!

This property is a great property , the only issues we had were that we were informed that the washer didn’t work while we were on our way to maine . I had only packed lightly thinking we had a washer . Unfortunately we had to pay extra to go to laundromat and the property manager did not offer us a discount . Also both large burners on stove were crooked , whoever bought the rings did not buy the proper size . This limited our cooking again costing us more money to eat out . The main bedroom needs a new mattress very uncomfortable and also the couch in the tv room is very uncomfortable.

This cottage was a great find. No clutter, very clean, had all the amenities, including 24/7 access to a gym. There were thoughtful additions, like shopping bags (Maine has a per bag charge). I expected things like plastic drink ware but was pleasantly surprised to find a full set of pretty glassware, including wine glasses. A sharp food prep knife was also a great find as I had forgotten to pack one. I was a little irked by the messages posted on the refrigerator by the management company threatening extra fees for things like the grill not being left clean, the garbage not being removed, dishwasher emptied, kitchen towel not being cleaned — also if the kitchen towel was left in the dryer, especially since the renter pays a separate fee for the cleaning service (as much as I pay to have my house cleaned) above and beyond the rental fee, so it seemed a bit much to be threatened with an additional fee for leaving a cleaned kitchen towel in the dryer. Other than that, I would recommend this place, perfect for a family

Clean comfortable and convenient

This was our first time staying in the Summer Villages community, and we were very impressed! The community is quiet, meticulously maintained, with plenty of activities - pools, tennis courts, basketball, etc. The cottage was the perfect size and even nicer than the pictures. We had plenty of space, and enjoyed the separation of the living space from the bedrooms. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Despite the raining Memorial weekend, we were so thrilled with our stay at Cottage 101 in Summer Village. Kathleen was prompt in all communications and the resort/cottage was perfectly equipped with anything we may need. Thankfully the pools were heated so depsite the cold rainy temps, my two young kids still enjoyed swimming twice daily. So many activities in the area, we look forward to going back!

We will definitely come again next year!

Excellent attention from property manager. From surprising us with coffee mugs because there were only cappuccino smaller ones to leaving immediately a gas grill lighter on front door step to returning calls/texts immediately. We were Pleasantly surprised by the campus as the pictures do not do it justice. The facility extras were beautifully maintained and immaculate. Just a quick drive in either direction to everything yet felt like in a quiet oasis away from the hubbub. Loved it.
