The room was big, with good facilities (the steam iron in the room malfunctioned, but the staff quickly sent a replacement upon request). Some of the staffs were helpful, which my husband and I truly appreciated. There were some eateries within walking distance during our stay.

The room was dark. Only one mirror inside the bathroom; none in the room. We requested to check-out five minutes after Zuhur time (1:15 p.m. during our stay), but the staff was very strict, so we could only stay until 1 p.m. which was not a problem because she said there was a surau near the lobby. The surau turned out to be a rundown space at the parking lot. The 3-star hotel we stayed at in Singapore even allowed us to pray Zuhur first (the same prayer time as previously mentioned); the receptionist was a nice Indian man (yes, not even a Muslim). So did a 4-star hotel in Pahang. Therefore, it would be nice to extend the late check-out time during non-peak period to allow for prayer if the prayer time is early, unless you have a good little surau at the hotel for guests' usage.

Good location and easy access.

The toilet which a big step higher than the floor. Old folks had difficulty to use. Lighting in the room can be slightly brighter is better.

Great location, we can walk to aeon mall next door. Parking is plenty. The room is spacious and cozy, the bed and pillows are amazing. Looks clean and well maintained, the staffs are great too.

Not much sound proofing, bring along your ear plug if you are a light sleeper. Can’t access the gym somehow, not sure why, didn’t ask the staffs.

Location ,decor was modern ,staff very friendly and helpful...overall very good 💯 I really appreciated the complementary high tea on arrival and a voucher and T shirt on check out .Thank you .

Only request is add a mirror in the bedroom and brighter lights as there is not enough natural light then it would be perfect .

I like that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

They had live band playing very close to the rooms my family were staying and it ran until close to midnight. The rooms were not soundproof and it was very noisy. One of the shower area's drainage was clogged up and bathroom were a bit stinky. Complained to the staff but only got an apology.
