The stay was fine.

Not stated very clearly in the ad this is Staybridge Suites, a hotel location. We thought we were going to a condo, not a big deal could have saved a little money booking directly with hotel instead.
Room overall is ok but does need some repairs, really surprised the shower curtain didn't fall down while staying there as both sides are already half out of the wall.

We stayed here and it was wonderful everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and did and awesome job assisting us with needs and questions. My husband and daughter LOVED the breakfast. And we enjoyed the pool and hot tub before we left. We had a wonderful stay!

I booked what I thought was a two bedroom because that was shown on the picture. No biggie. I slept on the couch because when we pulled out the bed it was full of urine spots. Meanwhile my wife and daughter took the bed. But the entire staybridge hotel was so dirty. They never vacuumed the common area where food is served. Never even vacuumed the halls. Each elevator had a hand sanitizer station but all were empty with dried puddles of sanitizer on the carpet probably from Covid days in 2020. At least 6 employees per shift so no excuse. Black mold also on the shower ceiling. Gross. The employees were very nice but not well directed.

We were in town for a business event. We were pleased with our room and the location. We used the hot tub and pool and enjoyed breakfast each morning

Did not realize the property was actually a hotel chain. This may have been stated in the description, but my assumption was a condo. Space was dated. It did have a nice perk of dishes and utensils, which you don’t typically find in a hotel.

Pictures online showed a one bedroom (IN A CLOSED OFF ROOM). In actuality, the rental was a studio. Everything in one open loving area including the bed and pull out. NOT as portrayed in the pictures. As a family of 4 traveling, this was extremely inconvenient and lead to a terrible night. A couple hundred dollars for a joke of a studio is infuriating.

Very dirty, reeked of smoke, wasn’t allowed to change rooms, hole in shower floor badly patched, broken shower head, walked in on by staff twice. Good location and breakfast.

“Guest” smoking mariuana near front door, which caused the lobby to fill with the aroma from his joint.

Wonderful stay. Good accommodations, tasty breakfast, and Nora -- our check-in person -- was awesome and very welcoming.

Utica stay
I needed a last minute place to stay due to a death in the family. Since I was traveling alone I wanted something comfortable and safe. This property had a full kitchen and a pool and the staff was super accommodating. Bed was super comfy. My only small complaint is that the housekeeping didn’t come unless you specifically asked. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Great experience overall!
