good location

not sure why curtains were unable to close in all rooms , a lot of outside light from property lights made it a little difficult to sleep because of it .

staff was friendly, clean facility, well stocked and everything worked, tvs in every room.

This had to be the worst stay I have ever had at a motel. Slamming doors all night long. Firm alarm going off. Walls so thin I heard the person next door snoring all night long every night of my stay. People above stomping all night long. Halfway through my stay another customer checked in and requested the staff not put him in the hallway I happened to be staying because he told the clerk last time he stayed there it “was hell”. Which I agree with as I had 8 days of “hell”.

Cleanliness

We’ve stayed in a room that was across the hall from the gym and there were kids playing in the facility late at night on the treadmill making it difficult to sleep. The cleaning staff at the day of my check-out tried to bust into my room way earlier than the check out time.

The opportunity to have a 1 PM check out. The little kitchenette. We were able to move to another room after we discovered the TV wasn't working properly.

I could tell there had been water damage in the bathroom at one point. They repainted but you could still smell the mildew.

quiet clean and comfortable

We loved the lobby and breakfast lounge area. It was festive and cozy. It’s very cool that these are like mini apartments. Staff was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed having the 24 hour convenience area. Beds were comfortable. Black out curtains appreciated! there is a pool and hot tub, with a nice deck area, but it was closed due to the cooler seasons. Would have been awesome if the hot tub was at least open. The location felt safe and convenient to everything we planned on doing as well.

The interior, especially of the units themselves, need updating. Carpet on the third floor hallway was wavy and coming up. When we entered we felt like it wasn’t cleaned very well, floors could’ve been swept and mopped, fingerprints on surfaces could have been wiped clean. We were not comfortable walking the unit without socks on at least. It seemed like where the paint met the floor was chipping. Where the tile floor meets the carpet, the divider was coming up and sticking out. The floor tile is bubbly underneath. There were tons of hairs high up on the walls in the bathroom areas. There were a couple areas in the unit that looked like there was some kind of spill, splash, and should be replaced. My partner has asthma and there was a slight odor in the unit that was somewhat musty feeling and did cause some allergies. The unit was pretty good in general, but because of the cleanliness issue, this is why I am ranking it as a 7.

Breakfast was outstanding. One of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Close to everything we were doing. Rooms were excellent. Pool was outstanding. Staff was pleasant and always helpful.

Who ever does vacuuming, in house or a maintenance company, needs to be given a traing lesson on how to use an edger. Because they don't edge the hallways look filthy and it's just about the first thing you see. Makes a poor first impression. The staff, rooms, and breakfast overcome it though.

I liked the place, it was comfortable and clean. The only thing, most of the jets were broken in the hot tub. I really wanted to enjoy that part of the place. Breakfast was great!
