Staff was very friendly, it felt like home, I was free to roam around, make use of the pool at anytime, and place is quiet despite being nestled in a busy neighborhood.

False advertisement. They have jacuzzis and pool but they didn't indicate that we can only use the pool. I also asked them about the beach nearby and they didn't mention that we can't swim there. The staff is kinda rude when were saying that we supposed to have this number of bed. They didn't have accountability with their mistakes.

The hotel is too far so if you're thinking of partying and going home here, it's too far. The jacuzzi is not for everyone, access is for the penthouse only. The pool is not that clean sa ground floor. Also, misleading descriptions here, they said pets are not allowed so I messaged them if we can make some arrangements, sabi nila 1500 per dog, so thought that was expensive for a night stay. Then went to the hotel, saw a dog, confirmed the fees. 1500 is a deposit, ibabalik nila if there are no damages, which di nila sinabi before po. Messaged them here na there was miscommunication, staff in Baguio (the ones managing this page) is not that nice buti nalang nice ang nasa hotel. SO IF YOU HAVE A PET, PETS ARE ALLOWED SA ELYU BRANCH FOR A DEPOSIT OF 1500. DETAILS ARE CONFIRMED KASI NAGSTAY AKO DUN. Okay na sana ako, a sincere apology will do kaso ayaw nila mag-accept na they did a mistake. Also, try booking sa fb page nila mas mura.

Property is clean. Staff are accommodating.

The rooms and the capsule beds were all clean, the room was also comfortable, all the lights and electric sockets were working well. It is a good touch that each capsule bed has its own light, sockets, mirror, curtain enclosure, shampoo, soap, towel and beddings. The free breakfast was nice, I chose Bangsilog. The staff were very kind to serve it at the roof deck upon our request. They also have water dispensers nearby where guests can refill their tumblers.

Everything was so nice and has good value for its price, I just wish that the water flow in the bathrooms were stronger so that guests can take a bath with more ease.
