Location is great. Its quiet and have a great view of the northeast side of Baguio
Showers are leaking. Heater in the master's bedroom needs replacement

Sharon and Rene were very accommodating.and responsive to our needs.
There was very slow to almost no wifi.
Very low water pressure in the two 2nd floor toilets and baths.
Water heater in the bigger bedroom private toilet & bath was not functioning.
Many black ants, linta, and higad.

The host are very accomodating. The whole area is very nice but it was not an easy find location.

It was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. It has a great view and it is very spacious ideal for big groups.
the hot water in the masters bedroom keeps on shutting down they tried to fix it but it still keeps on switching off. Needs to fix this 1 small issue. Otherwise our stay was awesome.

Everything!! The price is affordable, the location is overlooking and the room is spacious. Also, the caretaker and the owner is generous.

The view outside. The beds were comfortable and can accommodate at least 20 people.
The water heater in one of their bathroom is not working, and there were lots of ants. This location on the way to the main city were so traffic.

The place is big enough to accommodate a big group. Since we are only like 9 with 3 kids, the house is too big for us. Kitchen sink should also have a heater, you won't be able to wash 2 dishes because it is too cold.
The shower has a heater but the water coming out from the shower is not enough. Literally few that is not sufficient for bathing. This needs to replaced and fixed. The house is quite old and needs renovation

The view is perfect. The house can accommodate as many as 20pax. Mr Rene the care taker is very approachable.
The location is a bit far if you don’t have your own vehicle. But accessible and has its own parking space. There’s just one misunderstanding with the female care taker who is very unprofessional in dealing with the guest otherwise the owner and the male caretaker is very welcoming.
