Clean comfortable and quiet

Newer facility. Large room with kitchen. Lobby coffee was good.

Check-in staff was poorly trained and rude at times. Cleaning staff with huge carts used guest elevators. No cleaning of room in 3 night stay. 20% upcharge upon check-in.

Room was very comfortable and included everything I needed.

Something went on with the lights over the sink be side they wouldn't come on this morning.

The room itself, location, fire pit, bar and breakfast.

The water pressure was almost non existent and the water heat temp was hard to maintain. Taking a shower was not easy or relaxing.

Perfectly clean. Everything looks and smells brand new. No dirt, dust, or odors in the room. Very comfortable bed. soothing, relaxing colors throughout the hotel. great lighting in the rooms that allows for relaxation. excellent lighting in the sink area for getting ready. Ample space well decorated but not overdone.

Nothing… only improvement I would make is a mirror on the closet door opposite the vanity, to make styling your hair easier.

Very tidy and well located. Easy to go back and forth to the places I needed to go.
