Everything… Beautiful hotel and staff are superb

Just a little out of town but we knew that ahead…no surprises

El lugar excelente, muy limpio, muy bien equipado. Llegamos en horario nocturno, como el Guesthouse Porto di Roma está un poco lejos y hay muy poca disponibilidad de taxis, al consultar por telefono a la anfitriona ella en persona nos fue a retirar del lugar donde estabamos, en su propio vehiculo. Nos acompañó hasta la habitacion y nos indicó como ingresar, a pesar que todos los datos para el ingreso ya habian sido proporcionados con anterioridad. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante. La anfitriona excelente, muy servicial

Perfect

Breakfast was the perfect Italian breakfast we were hoping for and the location was perfect for us. Had wonderful pizza for dinner and the staff arranged transportation for us to the port. Monia and Titziana were so wonderful! They treated us like we were friends and guests in their own homes! No detail was overlooked. They were exceptional!

Déjeuner très varié et généreux. La propriétaire fait ses propres gâteaux et nous a servis plus tôt car nous avions un Ferry à prendre. Endroit très propre, moderne et agréable. Il y a de bons restaurants à 10 mins en voiture. N'hésitez pas si vous avez un Ferry à prendre, c'est l'arrêt parfait!

Bardzo miła obsługa, codziennie wysprzątane pokoje, bardzo dobre śniadania, hotel znajdował się ok 30 min od plaży pieszo, do supermarketu mieliśmy ok 15 min. Na przeciwko hotelu pyszna pizzeria.

Trochę monotonne śniadania. Czasem zamiast jajek na twardo mogłaby być np. jajecznica.

Upon Arrival the Team and especially Monia treated us with a warm welcome. They knew we were travelling since early morning and gave us food and drinks to refresh. They helped us with a transfer to the Cruise Terminal and back to the airport. The team was super with recommendations for close by restaurants.

Very clean and up to date decor, secure parking, easy to fix an access. Very short drive to town centre. Great view of the sea. Very nice breakfast.

Monia is so caring and friendly. It was easy to communicate with her via whatsapp, The rooms are brand new, very big, comfortable, airconditioned and spotless clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Clean rooms. Not too far from some cool restaurants.

Kind of remote area. Needed to take a cab to the social areas.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Clear instructions how to enter the premises. Breakfast was simple, but I think that everybody can choose. Room clean and big enough.

Parking inside the premises could be a challenge for the driver if there are more cars inside. Our room was just opposite of a small restaurant, so quite noisy in the evening.

Everything was perfect, the room was very nice and clean. I also got a parking spot inside the property which is a very rare thing in Civitavecchia. Monia, the host was very helpful and a wonderful person. Absolutely recommended!

The property was spotless clean, the room was huge as was the bathroom, we were in room 201, with a balcony and a view on the sea. The host Monia, was exceptionally helpful, with suggestions for restaurants in the neighbourhood, taxis , the most helpful. Restaurant Grotto Aurelia only 200 meters from the property is so fantastic, couple that with the the guest house and exceptional host, the stay was a 10 out of 10 for us..

Breakfast was very good. Staff were nice when they were there.

Room was up 3 floors on a circular staircase ..hard with luggage and no elevator. Staff was not on site at alll times. Location is very far out from the Port and its hard to find a place to eat within walking distance. We had difficulty getting a taxi to stop. After walking toward Port for 30 min, went back to the pizza place across the street from the hotel, which was actually very good.

Lovers little guest house, very friendly and very helpful, nothing is to much trouble, helpful with everything we needed.

the bed was very comfortable and firm which is a plus for me. we arrived very late by train and the owner met us there with a taxi. The coffee this morning was superb-we slept in so no breakfast but the facilities for the spread looked wonderful. Then she also performed a miracle to get a taxi for us when none were available this morning so we were on time for cruise ship. highly recommend
