I wish they would give me more details ahead of time and have an app to use.

We liked the home. But, hot tub cover was as we reported, broken in. Allowing grit and debree to settle in seat areas of tub. Door going out to hot tub area would not lock. This area is where youngest was to sleep. So he slept on pull out sofa in living room. Nothing to hang towels etc. on for showers. No pot holders in kitchen. Some things may seem trivial, but a little aggravating when not there. All in all we just really enjoyed our stay being so close to town. Loved sitting on porch and seeing and hearing Spring time birds.

Game room was awesome! All items were in good condition and we had a great time!

Loved the cabin! No complaints really. Location was good for families and not at the top of a mountain or hanging off a cliff!

The theater room projector didn't work when we got there but I was able to get it going. I didn't like going through 4 companies (Expedia, Vtrip, VDRO, Jackson Mountain cabins) and not having a solid communication avenue to confirm reservations before making the trip down there. Turned out to be a great week (other than we didn't see any bears, too early maybe)

Theater room did not function. Smoke detectors chirping. Service did not arrive until the evening before we checked out. Very disappointed.

The property was nice, however, the theater never worked for the entirety of our stay. They sent out a technician who couldn’t solve the issue. The kitchen sink handle was broken and you couldn’t get hot water from it. The microwave handle was broken, the pool table was slanted, and when it rained the window leaked in one of the master bedrooms. It was truly unfortunate as it was a family holiday trip. The property was nice but it is clear that it’s poorly maintained.

We thought the place was clean and a great location (close to Gatlinburg)! Perfect for our family’s getaway.

Great place a few kinks couldn’t get in when we got there called they gave us another code got in blinds in one of the bedrooms were broken jacuzzi freezing cold not working called told them no one came out by the time we left no big trash bags for us to use just the small bathroom ones and when opened one of the soaps there was a big brown spot in the soap like it was already used and re packaged? Just a few kinks trip was great though 😊

The property was VERY nice! Just two minor things. First is the kitchen faucet, simply from use, it needs attention. Second is parking...the description says parking for four is available, and we did fit, but if we had even one more bigger vehicle, we would not have fit. (We had 1 large truck, 1 small SUV, and 2 smaller cars)...just mentioning this for others to plan accordingly. Oh, and we saw a bear!!!.. walked right through the “neighborhood”, it was very cool to see.

This house was perfect for our out of town tournament. Everything was clean and in great condition. Would love to stay here again!

Overall this was a great property for our party of 11. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom for the privacy and the house had a great dining room. Some things needed to be addressed while we were there such as a loss of AC in one bedroom, loss of power twice in another bedroom and the large projector room not working properly. All were called on and responded to promptly. Also, many of the remotes in the house were missing batteries or needed new ones. I was also disappointed that many of the TVs were not Smart TVs. I asked about that prior to my stay and was told they were all smart TVs. If you want to watch movies on the big screen, you can watch Direct TV or bring DVDs. Most of the TVs only had direct TV with no access to apps that my family is subscribed to. The main TV in the living room did have access to all the popular apps. The house overall was very nice though and we did enjoy our stay.

Great place. Enjoyed the cabin thoroughly. It is a great place to stay for larger groups and the 5 baths come in handy.

The property is exactly as advertised! A brief problem in the beginning with an ac and a leaking ceiling but repairs were made timely? Mother Nature provided a bear leisurely walking by the deck one morning!

The cabin was awesome. It was everything we wanted it to be. The neighborhood was tight and the parking wasn’t ideal. My issue was with communication prior to our check in. I had to call VRBO and the company multiple times trying to get the check in information. I didn’t get final detail until 11 the morning of check in. Also the address sent everyone to the wrong spot in Gatlinburg. I had to be creative to find it and then drop a pin for everyone. Outside those two hiccups we had a blast and the cabin was awesome and we had no issues at all.

House was as advertised and very clean and in a great location! We traveled with an elderly adult so the only potential drawback for future renters is that all bedrooms are either upstairs or downstairs and you need to navigate 18 steps to upstairs bedrooms or 18 steps to downstairs bedroom and entertainment area from entry level. No walk-in showers but great that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Grab bars in shower areas would be helpful. Bedrooms comfortable and TVs great in each room! Kitchen was very spacious and met all of our needs. Parking area really could only comfortably accommodate 3 SUV’s. Fun to see a bear in the immediate neighborhood our first morning!

We were a group of 15 and each one of us was wowed by the property. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and at the perfect location. If we visit again, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Would highly recommend this cabin....great location and so much to do for kids, teens and adults!!! We loved it!!

Met up with old neighbors for the holiday weekend. This house was perfect for us!! All the adult bedrooms were upstairs and the kids had their own space to play on the lower level. Huge kitchen accommodated our group of 15 for meals and the parking was adequate for 4 large vehicles. Overall we had a great weekend and this property was well worth the price.

Clean and spacious. Movie room, pool table and video game were hits.

The cabin was amazing! Location was great, view was not as good as expected. The only problem we had is we checked in after renters had been there for over a week. Cleaners were still there cleaning at check in. They did a pretty good job. The place has ALOT of TVs which means ALOT of remotes, most of which had dead batteries or missing batteries. The cleaning crew did not have any replacement lights or batteries for those that were missing. An email was sent but communication was not great due to this being managed by a large vacation company. Little to no response until I found a number on an an email to call. The kitchen pots and pans were the tiniest I’ve ever seen. This place holds 16 people. They worked for us because there were only 2 of us. If you are going with a big group you may want to take your own. The cabin was great and other than the TV not working in the game room, the game room was our favorite! I’m pretty sure my husband will be buying us a multi game arcade now! (Side note- we will not be returning to Gatlinburg the week after Christmas ever again! It was sooooo crowded you couldn’t enjoy anything!)

Great locale and perfect set up for us. Large kitchen came in very useful. Loved the back porch, even with the electrical line in view. Didn't bother the bear that we saw very near the cabin.

The property was very clean and very nice. The access code that I got after downloading the app was wrong so I had to call the number to get the correct code. We were trying to social distance and wanted to cook meals at the cabin and the cookware is in poor condition and the pots and pans were very small when considering the cabin sleeps 16 people. I emailed the company about this the second night we were there and initially received a response back, but after clarifying which cabin we were in and thinking someone was going to bring us bigger cookware, we received no further response from the rental company. Also, there are no shades on any of the downstairs windows which is somewhat bothersome since cabins are close together and the neighbors could see in. Also, there are no shades on one of the upstairs bathroom windows and the neighbors have a good view of you in the bathroom. Other than those few minor things, it was a nice cabin to rent and we would most likely rent it again.

Very nice and quite cabin everything was very clean. Only thing was we really didn’t have much privacy due to no blinds in the kitchen and living room area but other then that everything was perfect!
