This property feels like a luxury home in a country club. The views of the lake are absolutely stunning. The pool area has various seating options that we loved. The views of the sunsets from the house are to die for. We would love to go back next year!

Our family loved this property. Gorgeous water views from almost every room. Very functional and well appointed kitchen. Good size heated pool and deck. Management team is very professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place from a quick girls weekend. Close to town, pool area amazing...has all that you need for good food, relaxation and fun. Gina was easy and wonderful to work with. :)

We had a great time at Gina’s place in Grand Beach. The house was perfect for our big group with plenty of comfortable places to sleep and great communal space. The pool and deck area are a terrific place to spend your time. We grilled out at the poolside grill and utilized the downstairs kitchen as a serving area. The upstairs kitchen is big and functions well for hosting a big group. The views of the lake are beautiful. There is a nice park around the corner from the house. There is not really a sandy beach for games anywhere close that we found. Everything worked out great for us and we would definitely stay here again if we are returning to the area with a big group.

This house went above and beyond our expectations! We had an amazing time and I would love to go back when it is warmer.

A group of 15 women stayed at this property in October 2021. It was the perfect house for our stay! It has the perfect mix of bedrooms with larger beds, and the bunk room single beds- perfect for a friends' trip and people who don't want to share beds. The view from the house is fantastic and we had lovely sunset wine parties down by the pool. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing at this property, it was perfect for a girls weekend away. Gina even left a little treat for us to begin our weekend which was so thoughtful. We had no issues at all during our stay and this cottage exceeded our expectations. Would love to come back and stay every year!

Gina was amazing to work with! The house is exactly as the pictures show...maybe nicer. We loved the location and the kids LOVED the pool. We will stay here again, happily!

We had such a nice visit to Grand Beach. We loved the community feel of the area and the house was so beautifully decorated. We walked to the small beach and park nearby, and the drive to New Buffalo was very easy. My kids adored the bunk room and our favorite night was having dinner out on the pool deck watching the sunset. This is a great house for a large family or group.

It’s a great property with plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. Located in a very kid friendly neighborhood with plenty of activities. It’s a quick walk to the beach and I’m walking distance to the golf course and park. Gina was there to welcome us and was able to help us with all of our needs.

It was wonderful! The house manager was so accommodating and the house was amazing! We had the best time and hope to rent this place again.

Our family enjoyed this home immensely! Beautiful with space for all. We had quite a bit of rain while we were there, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the wonderfully fun and warm pool. Also, many heartfelt thanks to Gina, the world's best property manager and concierge!!

We loved our experience at the Elodie cottage. We rented for a girls weekend. Gina was super accommodating. Greeted us upon arrival. She also came over immediately when we had problems with the pool cover. The house was lovely and slept our party of 11 comfortably. The pool deck was so nice and looked like we were on vacation in the south vs Michigan. I would definitely rent again!

If you love to see the sunrise and sunset this location is perfect! we had 16 family members and everyone enjoyed their own free space, the layout is perfect, the house is beautiful, location is very nice to go out for a walk and the neighbors are amazingly friendly. It was easy to communicate with GIna (property manager).

We had a great time at Eloise Cottage! We lived outside by the pool and on the screened-in porch! Plenty of space for all 8 of us with room to spare. I highly recommend this home for a beautiful getaway!

BEAUTIFUL home - tastefully decorated, well-appointed (the kitchen had more pots and pans than my own!), clean and stunning lake views. Pool was heated and we spent most of our time in the pool and on the gorgeous pool deck. Our 3 small children absolutely loved the bunk room and the other bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Gina was helpful and hospitable - there were some very minor things (light bulbs out, couldn't find one of the TV remotes) that she addressed immediately. Only negatives are that there's not much to walk to (although New Buffalo is a very quick drive) and the beach within walking distance was rocky/smaller due to the high lake levels. We did enjoy walking to the park each day. As for the home itself though - nothing but glowing and incredibly positive feedback! We loved it. Highly recommend.

The house is excellent proximity to our home city and is located on Lake Michigan with spectacular views. The decor is beach chic and pics perfectly represent the house. Gina coordinated the perfect welcome for us! She arranged balloons, drinks and snacks for our guests upon arrival. She’s the most gracious and helpful concierge. The house was stunning! Lake views from every balcony, beautiful decor, and the pool/patio area was everything seven teenage girls could ask for! We would love to make this an annual vacation!
