One of the dirtiest and filthiest hotel in Mumbai. Location is also pure crap.never ever book it.

Reservation not honoured. A case of cheating.

They did not honor my reservation. Reservation in booking.com lost its meaning. I am a frequent traveler and i will never use nor recommend booking.com in future.

Reservation not honored and my booking was termed falsely as NO SHOW. This is nothing but cheating on your customer.

very happy with what we got for the price we paid and the location to terminal 2.

the first receptionist was amazing and super helpful and hospitable. He offered to change our room because the AC was making a clicking noise. we didn’t change room because we found a way to stop the noise but he was very eager to make us happy and it was very appreciated.

the second receptionist was rude. when we asked about the breakfast that was included in the booking he told us ‘you can make a complaint to booking.com and get a refund’ very arrogantly.

Nothing was to be liked there

1. Staff was really bad. Didn't know the ethics of behaving with the guest. 2. Was promised breakfast but wasn't provided. 3. The location is terrible. There are factories around. 4. Was promised two beds but there was just one bed. We were 3 people luckily we brought our own spare bedsheet. 5. There were ants so not hygenic.
