The water is beautiful and the beach is my favorite/ we did have red and double red flags- but that cannot be helped-thankful they are looking out for our safety. The pool and grounds are safe and well kept. The only complaint that we have is the mattresses really need to be replaced. They were worn and uncomfortable. More firm beds would have made our sleep situation much better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed the stay and the convenience of this first floor condo, only 2 minor comments: 1) need chair pads of some type for the wicker chairs at the dining room table, very uncomfortable and 2) a new coffee maker needs to be purchased.

We really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere there. Our kids love the pool area and how close the beach is no matter where your room is located. With all this being said this was the worst room we have stayed in since we have been coming to the Adagio. We had a lot of issues. The toilet in the master bath was constantly running. We had to work on it everyday. The dishwasher hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We had to clean a paper towel out of the filter because it was clogged and hadn’t been maintenanced. I assume this was the reason why all the dishes were dirty, even the ones in the dishwasher. The microwave was also dirty inside . We cleaned the entire kitchen before we could even unpack. We were just use to staying in a nicer condo when we have been there before and this was very disappointing, even though it was advertised as recently renovated.

We could have used a few more towels and maybe some blankets but other than that it was a great place that I would revisit!! The management staff was super and most accommodating! The convenience of this condo can not be beat! So easy to go down to the beach and watch the kids swim in the pool. We loved the patio! Furniture and decor was updated and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. We will stay here again!

Great trip with two of our boys, ones friends and ones girlfriend. Blast week between Christmas and New Years. Had fun NYE despite the rain. Excellent location. First time at Adagio....great access to pool and beach. Condo has plenty of space, great access to pool and 3 separate bath rooms which is nice. Kitchen is very nicely stocked. Master bath is a good setup. Condo is a little tired, could use new furniture, kitchen table is sticky and old, and carpet needs update. Overall happy with Adagio and definitely will book there again.

Just a couple things that would improve our stay is a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. This is a minor issue and would not impact our opinion of this great condo. Twice we stayed at ocean front units and twice pool side. We loved the ground floor access of this unit using the pool side sliders rather than the parking lot front door with steps. Wish there was a way to lock the sliding door rather then heading to the beach for hours with unlocked sliding patio door or using the parking lot front door. The house was clean for for the most important areas (bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, beds, furniture, etc. To make it top notch, it could use some interior paint , dusting of light fixtures and their cords, adjust the light fixture over the dining table so you don't hit your head. That's being very picky and should not be taken too serious. The value and comfort of this unit was very good and I would book this init as-is again without hesitation. The issues i mentioned were only so management could improve in their already magnificent condo!
