Kamer was ruim prima.
Ontbijt was goed.
Locatie midden in centrum bij schouwburg was goed.
De kamer was op het oog schoon, maar toen we het bed iets verschoven (twee enkelen tegen elkaar), lag er rommel onder het bed. Matrassen waren ook niet stevig. Je zakte er in het midden in.
Personeel was .... stil. Geen goedemorgen of tot ziens...

Great location in the Square.
Whilst parking was available nearby it would have been a good idea for the Hotel to advise guests with luggage to park first and walk the few hundred yards. We actually tried to drop off bags at the hotel first - which wasn’t possible!!

Located conveniently across from the Schouwburg Venray, our stay at this comfortable and cosy hotel was delightful, enhanced by the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. With its ideal location and great value for money, it's definitely a top choice for any traveller visiting Venray.

A bigger mirror near a socket. Limited drinks and one of the cups was chipped. The towels were mixed in size but didn’t have two bath size ones.

Het ontbijt viel toch een beetje tegen. Keus was niet reuze en het roerei leek wel van plastic.

Ontbijt pas om 7 uur. Maar kreeg wel een ontbijt pakketje en een verse koffie. Dus viel eigenlijk ook reuze mee.

De airco/verwarming maakt wel wat lawaai. Jammer dat jus en fruit niet vers zijn.

De locatie, midden in Venray. Kamer was prima in orde, badkamer ook. Parkeergelegenheid (parkeergarage) in de buurt.
Het ontbijt was beperkt, zou wat uitgebreider mogen zijn. De tv had wat kuurtjes (bij vertrek ook aangegeven bij de receptie). De bril van de wc had een klein scheurtje (ook aangegeven bij de receptie.

Location was great, the bar/restaurant downstairs was excellent and staff were all really friendly. Rooms were very clean and well sound proofed as we were on the first floor and couldn’t hear any of the music from the bar when we went to bed
The only negative is the lack of parking, however this wasn’t even a big issue as there is a secure car park a few minutes walk that is 3 euros a day and free in the evenings and Sundays

Spacious, decent, clean rooms. Great location. Friendly staff.
To ascent you have two options: a very steep stairway or a very slow elevator. During our breakfast (arrived at 07:10) there was vacuuming and mopping going on in the breakfast area, even in between the tables. Very noisy and not the way I like to enjoy my breakfast.

We were with a large group, but check-in was efficiënt and quick. Although we had a little problem with our booking, everything was fixed without any problem.
There is a cafe underneath the hotel, but you can't hear anything.

The location was great, right in the center of town where everything is happening yet the rooms are as quiet as can be.

Very very very friendly staff that was going all the way for you. We had a friend that had to eat a gluten free breakfast and they were immediately on it to take care of gluten free food for her. The rooms were the perfect size and clean, beds were amazing!

The staff was small but very nice with great service. The location is great, right in the center with a lot of eating establishments nearby. The room was very clean (but not much ‘extra’s’ but I didn’t mind). Internet was fast enough to stream series. The breakfast was good quality.
Nearest parking garage was a 5 minute walk (you can buy an cheap ‘exit ticket’ at the hotel. The room didn’t have much other than the beds. the TV was very small. But all in all still a great value for money.

Very helpful staff - lovely modern room and very central location, Nice to have the bar downstairs and enjoy a beer after a long ride.
Probably being a little pedantic - but the pillow was very large, no small option. This didn’t hinder sleep as the bed was very comfortable and I simply made a “pillow”
