Location

We were not allowed to put the air conditioner past 73 degrees. There is absolutely no circulation (and no fans available) in the condo bedrooms so it was miserable. The DirecTV did not work and neither did the ice machine. I emailed about the DirecTV via Booking.com on Day 1 and never received a response. On Day 2 I received an email asking how my stay was going. When I mentioned the DirecTV and ice maker, I did not get a response until Day 3. Someone came out to look at the ice machine, said he couldn’t fix it, but would bring us a bag of ice. He never returned. He also said he would call about the DirecTV - never heard back and never had TV for the 7 nights we stayed. Also, this facility is pet-friendly, but almost all grass areas had signs that said “Keep Off” and had been treated so there were signs that said to keep pets off due to the chemicals they used.

It was very quiet and clean.

I thought the cleaning fees were a bit much.. I had to purchase wash towels for us to bath with, and with the amount of money you pay there was only 1 dishwasher pod and a trial size dish detergent along with used paper towels on the rack. I purchased paper towels as well.

We had comfortable beds and the lock in code was easy access for the place. it was nice to have all of the bathrooms to accommodate everyone.

It looked cleaned on the outside, but things like the couch were dirty and stained. Some of the floors were not that clean. There was even an orange peeling stuck down in a cushion. The couch was suppose to have a pull out bed, but there was no bedding for it, plus who would want to sleep on something so dirty. They need a new couch!! One of our teenager's had to sleep on the floor. We made a bed for her with extra blankets. Very limited supplies for us. There was not even a frying pan, the dryer did not work well and we had to unplug it to turn it off. We had to ask for extra towels which we did not receive until the next day. They said we had enough, but some of the bath towels were more like a hand towel. There were not any hot pads or a kitchen towel to use. We had to buy everything. I have stayed at many places like this, and everything was provided.

Couch had a lot of stain

The sofas were stained and the room on the first floor had hairs from the previous tenants, yellow stains, and was clearly unwashed. Also, some towel bathrooms had makeup stains on them.

The home was very clean and good location.

They forgot to stock us with wash cloths and the trash pick up was late on multiple days. Also I paid extra for the hot tub to be ready for use and it was very dirty and we could not use it comfortably.

I like that all rooms had a private bathroom

I didn't like the fact that after making numerous calls to main office & calling the owners phone no one returned my calls, I even spoke to the owners secretary & she told me he would be by to fix the light on the patio & to assist with the awning. Also I didn't like the fact that don't advertise that the use of the hot tub & grill is an additional fee, which was very disappointing, I was willing to pay the fee, but like I said no one returned my calls, I stayed here for 3 nights & I called each day several times and no response.
