This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and they had everything we needed to start our trip. The location was great and close to plenty of things to do. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

House had everything we needed. Lacking was indoor dining space for dinners and game playing at night. Outdoor furniture could be updated. Overall very relaxing stay.

Great for families!

We loved the house. Pool was great. Everything you need is there. There is a double bed in one room but we thought it was a queen when we booked. Master bed is very comfortable. Host easy to reach and responded to dishwasher issues as quickly as they could. Good area and close drive to Beach. Would definitely recommend this house for a family.

House was nice and clean, close to the beach and amusement parks or just to stay in for the day and swim in the pool.

This was our second time renting this house. The space was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and location—close to grocery store, shopping, and the beach! Management responded promptly to our questions throughout our stay.

House was clean and tidy. all features were as advertised. One issue with guest bathroom that was resolved the very next day as we had discovered it after hours. Prompt communications with the staff. Very nice neighborhood and a short drive to everywhere. Would recommend this property

We have found our home away from home when visiting Anna Maria Island! My two adult daughters and 6 year old granddaughter stayed for one week. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious with three bedrooms and two full baths, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a very enjoyable stay. Our favorite place to hang out after a day at the beach was the back enclosed patio and pool. Plenty of comfy seating in the shade while my granddaughter enjoyed the pool, which to her liking is shallow enough on one side for her to touch. The location of this house was perfect for us. The beautiful beaches are only a ten to fifteen minute drive away, Publix grocery store was a short bike ride away, and downtown Bradenton is also a short drive. A few special touches that we really enjoyed included soft, comfy throw blankets in all the bedrooms, bikes for exploring the neighborhood, a huge variety of beach accessories and pool toys, and the “beach” decor throughout the house. We will be back next summer!

This is a really nice place, cozy and the back is great for relaxing, the place was clean and there are a number of items for the pool in garage and to borrow to take to the beach. Some odd things which could be rectified. Taking out the garbage and stripping our beds, all towels in the tub before you leave are all manageable as adults but when you are paying such a high host and cleaning fee they should be taken care of. Bring your own hand soap, the small disc of soap is useless, also dish cloths are not included (they have dish towels). Don't forget to bring coffee filters for the coffee machine (Standard round ones will do). The pool is cleaned on Thursdays not the day they advised (in case that makes a difference to). The check out should probably be extended to 11 AM, 10 AM is a bit early when check in is only at 4 PM (and remember if they are charging so much for cleaning they should have more cleaning staff if that is the issue). Overall, the place is great and comments are to assist the hosts and new guests,

There was a problem with the consistency of the hot water, but the property manager couldn't have been more responsive. The kitchen was lovely, the pool was beautiful, and the property mostly clean. We were not happy to discover that one of the beds did not have mattress pad and the mattress was stained.

House is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. The owners provided everything we needed. 15 min from Bradenton beach. Look forward to staying again soon. Adding the heated pool was a must for the cooler months.

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood yet close to shops and many beaches. I was very happy with how clean and organized the home was upon our arrival too. We will likely be coming back next year! I highly recommend this home to any families looking for more space and privacy than you will ever get at a hotel or resort.

upon arrival we were shocked at the dirty pool but eventually it was cleaned. Two sprinklers were shooting water spouts in the air and we’re fixed. Basketball pool toy was broken . plaster falling off garage ceiling. Property manager Debi business like not friendly - as we were leaving she didn’t look up from her phone to say bye

I can not express how much we all loved this home. Literally everything was thought of! We could not have asked for more. The location was incredible, the pool was beautiful, and the house was the perfect home away from home. If your thinking of booking here just do it, trust me!

We spent 5 days with our adult children and spouses. The space was perfect for us and the pool was great as it was HOT while we were there and it was awesome to hop in whenever we wanted. Location is very convenient to beaches. We highly recommend!

This was the first VRBO property we ever rented. This place is exactly as advertised. Very beautiful decorated in a nice quiet neighborhood! Perfect size pool! Thank you for such a great place for our vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at this vacation home! The house is beautiful, our favorite part was the pool area. The location was great, we were able to see manatees daily at a park just a couple of minutes away. We look forward to staying here again!

We were VERY HAPPY with our stay as well as the great communication provided by Troy. Months before our arrival he was very helpful, and it continued though out our vacation. This house is in a great location, within 15 minutes of Ana Maria Island and even closer to many restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. There’s even a park nearby where we saw Manatees up close! My only “complaint” is that the pool never got up to the 85 degrees we were told it would be heated to, but it was still very comfortable at about 75. It wasn’t an issue, so I didn’t even mention it to Troy… but if I had I’m sure it would have been resolved to our approval. We hope to stay here again in the future and I highly recommend it for your family!

What a great 2 weeks stay my husband and I had at the Pool House! The weather wasn’t great, cloudy, rainy and colder than usual. But, the house is amazing! Much better than the pictures show. The thoughtfulness of the owner from the layout, furnishings, amenities, communication, pool and outside area, etc is outstanding. Very nice and comfortable. The pool was heated so I was able to swim even though was a little chilly outside. The location is perfect. Great walking area. Close to everything you need…restaurants, grocery, beaches, gardens,etc. Don’t miss the Preserves in the area. Beautiful scenery and great walking paths. Especially the Robinson Preserve. Communication was great with management. They are very responsive to any issues you might have. Will definitely stay here again!!

Good location and a nice place to stay.

As far as the house goes it was pretty nice and had plenty of room and a nice pool and patio. Unfortunately the company managing the property not so much, i called several times over vacation for no one to ever pickup finally got a text response back. We asked for the remaining days for the pool to be heated, the next day the pool was colder then the day before. We got well it has not ran all sukmer so it needs serviced and it was left at that instead of trying to get it working. After trying to call omce again and no answers i got another text back and let them know and they said oh well we just want charge you. Got home to see an email that they intact did send a bill for heating the pool. Tried calling yet again no one, i sent another text no response no call nothing. 24 hours later i check the account and the charge is gone. But they could not take the 5 minutes to respond? Very unprofessional.

The house was perfect for our group of five. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great location. Easy access to grocery store and beach. Quick response from property manager when minor problems arose with washing machine—fixed within an hour.

we absolutely loved this house. it’s gorgeous, has every amenity you can think of, and it made you feel right at home! definitely recommend this beautiful place! we were SO sad to leave!

House and pool was awesome! Only suggestion we had was a basic cleanup kit like a cleaning spray, windex, etc…just to clean as we go. Only staying there less than a week it wasn’t financially conducive to purchase those products but we also don’t want to leave a dirty house behind. We are used to rentals having supplies like this. Other than that the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Very roomy. Comfy furniture and mattresses. Safe neighborhood. Lots of amenities like bikes, pool toys and extra blankets. Super location. About 15 minutes to several beaches. Wonderful park within walking distance where we saw manatees each day. Only two challenges: water in the master bedroom shower wouldn’t warm up enough for a shower. Secondly, we blew a fuse by turning on a patio fan and had a challenge figuring out how to restore power. The management company was responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with our family of 4 at this house. Overall the house is awesome, we swam everyday, it’s not much of a drive to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants are super close. The house has a little wear and tear, but the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Our biggest complaint is, we only had hot water in the main bath shower one time, the other bathroom shower has hot water, but the low flow shower head barely lets any water out. We would stay hear again, even with the shower hot water situation.

The home was well stocked and in a nice location. Our kids loved swimming in the pool!

Great location! Close to beaches & restaurants. We loved the bike rides around the neighborhood and feeding the turtles! Overall it was a great family vacation with lots of memories made!
