Property was perfect for our needs (we needed to be near Belmont University). Downtown was a quick 10 min or so. Loved the rooftop deck. Property on a moderately busy road so as we are used to quiet (crickets!) sleeping was hard. Communication w/owner was excellent . Overall quite pleased.

We had the best time staying here. The place was very clean and roomy for 6 adults. It was nice to have the garage to park in and the house felt like home. We would stay here again!!

Open floor plan, kitchen, dining and living room. The room with the twin beds was a little bare and the bathroom shower didn’t drain but the place was clean.

We were a group of 5 gals from the West Coast celebrating our 50th birthdays. This house was a great fit. Can’t beat the location. Easy walks and Uber rides to all the sights. Southern hospitality was in full force with the host who was very responsive. House had a few minor inconveniences. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a great vrbo.

Very clean condo, loved the open space, top deck was amazing in the evenings. Close Uber ride to many locations. We will for sure be back here to stay!

Townhome was very nice with ample space. Location is close to Geodis and also 21st Ave which has several restaurants and bars and only a few min to Broadway. Roof top view is amazing!

The location was great, the space was large and provided enough space for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler and nanny). This isn't a knock on the unit at all, but it is noteworthy for folks that are considering staying here, Wedgewood is a busy street, in the morning you could hear traffic going to both Belmont and Vandy. Just something to keep in mind when booking. We would stay here again.

This place is amazing. Having a bathroom in every bedroom made it easy for all ladies to get ready. The place was clean and modern. Directions from the property owner were clearly communicated! We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Nashville apartment. It was decorated beautifully. All of the appliances were brand new. All three of our bedrooms had private bathrooms, which was a very convenient.The record player was a very nice touch with good selection of vinyl. The rooftop was a great place for a morning coffee and winding down late at night. Location was awesome and very accessible to Vanderbilt University and music row! Communication with Mayra was excellent. I look forward to our next trip to Nashville.

We had a great vacation at this beautiful and spacious property during the CMA festival. The rooftop is a nice added bonus. Highly recommend!

The house is large with plenty of space for a larger group of couples. It was very clean with great sleeping arrangements that gave everyone their own sleeping space and bathroom. The manager had great communication skills and was flexible with our requests for staying a little longer into the day of checkout.
The main reason for a 4/5 for location is based on the construction across the street. However, this might not impact you if you are staying primarily on the weekend and not the weekdays when they are working. Outside of the construction the location was easy to Uber to and from with an Uber only taking a few minutes to show up.

We loved this property! It was incredibly spacious and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was also very flexible with us and easy to communicate with.

Was a perfect property for our family to stay for the Belmont Graduation weekend. Just a warning that there are a significant amount of stairs but the condo is otherwise perfect.

This place was perfect for group of 6. Plenty of room for all to sleep, very spacious! The rooftop patio was really nice! It was cold and we brought a City Bonfire and it was really nice! The communication with the hostess was easy! It was just a quick Uber ride to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Nashville.

From booking many months ago to departure, our experience at 1406 Wedgewood was seamless and delightful. Home exceeded expectations, perfect for our family to spend thanksgiving. Rooftop access added treat, clear views to downtown. Communication with owner was easy, her responses prompt, cheery and informative. Nice area to stroll through Belmont U and surrounding streets. Short drive to downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay and the pictures didn't capture how big this place really was. We were a group of 3 women who wanted our own bed and baths. The kitchen was huge and we enjoyed the keurig coffees provided. (Thanks also to the previous guests for leaving leftover beer and wine!)
Beds were comfortable and the townhouse was very clean.
Only thing of note was that there were a lot of stairs and construction across the street begins early.
Very easy to get uber rides to all the attractions. We loved our visit to Nashville and would recommend this unit. The owner was accessible for any questions.

Six friends stayed here to celebrate the retirement of a friend. The home was very spacious and beautiful. Mayra communicated with us prior to the trip and answered any questions we had. She also checked in via email to ensure our stay was pleasant. We loved the rooftop and sat there each day. The only drawback on this trip was some noise from the construction going on across the street. Nothing the owners had any control over! I would definitely recommend staying here. Great location with walking distance to good restaurants. Ubers were readily available to get us to Broadway and back home.

There are so many things I loved about this property: the beauty of the home; the proximity to Belmont, downtown, restaurants, etc.; the views from the windows and the roof; the record player and selection of records; the availability of a garage; drinks left for us when we arrived. It was very clean. This is my first choice for when we visit again. Thanks Mayra!

We stayed for a bachelorette party and had nine girls stay here, and it was so roomy! The listing is much bigger in person! Location was great, maybe a 15 minute ride to downtown/ Broadway. Ubers are cheap earlier in the day and extremely reasonable. The host was extremely nice and communicated well! 10/10. Such a lovely listing.

Perfect home and location for group
The location could not have been better for visiting the Edgehill area and surrounding neighborhoods. The home was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The garage was a great bonus and incredibly convenient. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
