This house is a wonderful rental. Lots of space and outdoor options. The view into the golf course was amazing. Great property which was large and spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Enjoyed our week long stay at the condo. Condo was extremely clean and spacious. Short walk to the pool. Good central location for visiting all the national parks and St George activities.

Location was perfect. We visited Zion, Bryce, North Rim of the Grand Canyon and a day trip to Las Vegas. We golfed a couple of days. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6 and the kitchen had everything you needed. We used the pool and jacuzzies every night. Would definitely stay again if we get back to that area.

Well appointed, quiet, clean, with an excellent floor plan. The views were spectacular and the patio was especially nice. Kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and utensils. all in all a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

This place is perfect! Everything was so clean and organized— they thought of everything with this property. We loved the beautiful accomodations with warm rich decor. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have fun, too! The pool was close by and the views are just fantastic!! We were very grateful that the air conditioning kept the entire home so comfortable in the heat of the summer. We had a horrible experience at another vacation home where the room temps were so unbearable that we couldn’t sleep. That experience made us nervous to try a VRBO property again… but so glad we did! We were comfortable, relaxed, and had the best time. in fact, we had such a wonderful time we asked to stay another night. And they were so accommodating. The property managers were great to work with— communication was clear and made the whole process so easy. We would definitely go back to the same property again!

Our stay was excellent. The townhouse was convenient to St George and Zion. This facility has everything you could possibly need. This was a family vacation that had it all! I heartily recommend Red Sands! We'll be back!

Nice vacation rental. Just so you know it said there were eight wine glasses, but they were only seven. It would have been nice to be able to watch television since we were all looking forward to a big game with some competitiveness in our group and we had been looking forward to watching it upon our return to but unfortunately, we were unable to get a raku code to watch TV. For that came in the entire weekend That was the biggest downside because we were all looking forward to it after a day of hiking.

Really great, clean, and spacious property. Perfect for my family of four plus the in-laws. Convenient to I-15 and Washington for your shopping needs. Red Sands was quick to respond and helpful.

Extremely well-built and high-quality newer construction condo in a fantastic location. Pics don't do justice at all. Far nicer than expected. Location is central to several national parks, including the north rim of Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. I would certainly recommend to anyone and have already highly recommended to family. The only issue we had was the master bedroom mattress was unusably soft. Fortunately, the third bedroom upstairs had a king size bed that was perfect. Excellent service and full amenities as well. We actually stayed on for an extra night. Would definitely consider returning again.

This unit (#4098) was quite spacious, clean, and there was no shortage of kitchen items such as utensils, spices, cookware, etc. Towels were also well stocked. I thought the bikes left in the garage was a nice touch for guests, even though we never used them. Just about everything you could need to feel like you are "at home" was found within this rental home. Furniture wasn't our tastes as it was all very dark and a bit gaudy looking but that in no way impacted us during our stay. The only thing I would note to the owners/management team is that there were a few light bulbs burnt out both upstairs and downstairs. Also, we were disappointed in not having cable TV. Lower end hotels offer at least basic cable and all the subscriptions on the smart TVs were a hassle with several not available unless we had a subscription. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

This property was amazing. We had a great time staying here for spring break. The kids went swimming in the pool. We drank coffee on the balcony. We even played several games of ping pong in the garage. Overall if we come back to this area again will be absolutely be trying to book this house again.

This is a beautiful and comfortable house, where we felt very much at home. The rooms were all spacious and well appointed. Our family always brings card/board games on vacation and there were great places to hang out and play, both upstairs and down. We also enjoyed the ping pong table that was provided.
I wish the weather had been nice enough to enjoy the great views from the patio and decks but we were still able to enjoy the view from inside, sitting in front of the fireplace!
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a majority of our meals at home, including spices and fun serving dishes.
We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect option for my visit to St. George, Utah for the Ironman World Championship race. Clean and comfortable property and very easy to deal with. Beautiful neighborhood convenient to the highway.

Our group was impressed with this unit. So spacey! The view is spectacular especially at sunset. Well equipped in the kitchen, especially for wine lovers. Plenty of supplies in the laundry room and bathrooms. Easy access to grocery shopping, eating out and I-15. Our only disappoin tment was the cleanliess of the unit. Clean looking on the surface but could use a deep clean especially of the tile floors, doors, baseboards etc. overall it was great place to stay for a week!

When we booked the house the listing showed a different property address. It was important for us because we wanted to stay next to the convention center but the location was 15 mins away from the downtown. After some arguing with the property owner we received $50 gas reimbursement. The property manager assured us it was VBRO mistake.
The house itself was clean, welcoming and we had all we need for our 5 nights stay. I would stay in this house again but for the better price since it is not located in the town center.

Perfect
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nothing short of perfect! The location was great, quiet, but close to everything. The scenery was stunning. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We will definitely be coming back.

Great for multi-generational families
We visited with my parents, so the ground floor master suite was a blessing. The place was clean, well supplied (even basics food items in the kitchen). The check in and check out process was so easy and the owner really communicated with me to ensure we could access the property. The views are pretty too. Would go back, this time to play golf too!
