Vincent de eigenaar was een prachtmens , hij heeft een hele week diner gemaakt voor ons en dat was top , gratis wijn , zoveel dat je wou, allemaal inbegrepen voor 25 euro, TOP , altijd een babbeltje, rustig in de tuin
Van de hottub hebben we niks gezien wat wel vermeld stond bij de booking , spijtig want dat had wel deugd gedaan na elke dag 60 km fietsen

Excellent séjour, l’accueil est très chaleureux et on se préoccupe de votre bien-être, les chambres sont très spacieuses, un vrai petit cocon.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié. nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu rester pour le dîner, d’autres obligations.

The property is very calming and quiet. Ideal for relaxing. Cathie is such a kind host and an excellent cook. Breakfasts were lovely.

Accueil très sympathique de Vincent. Cadre chaleureux très agréable. Tout est là comme un grand hôtel, lit baldaquin, peignoir….
Le dîner était délicieux et le petit-déjeuner bon et copieux.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.

L'endroit est superbe, au calme dans la forêt landaise. Les propriétaires sont adorables et attentifs, les chambres pleines de charmes et le repas très bon. Un agréable moment!

We liked the property and its location. This was our first visit to the area & we wanted to spend one night somewhere quiet before moving on to a busier location.
We received a warm welcome and found our room very comfortable and we slept very well in the high quality bedding.
We had booked for the evening meal to avoid going out that night and were pleasantly suprised by the presentation, quality and value of the food served by our host. We enjoyed eating at a large table and were joined by another couple who had previously stayed at Domaine de l'escuderia and plan to return.
The outdoors are well organised with several seating areas and the setting is ideal for a quiet evening.
Breafast was served inside at another long table; it was a good continental breakfast with excellent coffee.
I can't see how our stay could have been any better!

Amazing old country house with an amazing host and chef Vincent. Hospitality was top notch, food was delicious and the room was stunning. Well worth the extra drive away from the main roads. Also highly recommend you get dinner as well as breakfast

Wonderful rural retreat, just 200m off EuroVelo route. Old farmhouse with great charm. Vincent is an excellent host and cook. We had a wonderful dinner and an equally impressive breakfast. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect for two cyclists heading south through France. Easy to find. Warm welcome by Catherine after we'd met the friendly dogs and admired the horses. Our room was on the first floor and had 2 day beds and a metal four poster bed. The shower room was ornate with modern toilet and massage shower. Very comfortable and elegantly furnished room. There was the possibility of making proper coffee and tea downstairs next to the lounge. Shared eating area for the evening meal and breakfast, both of which were delicious. Lovely conversation and a feeling of well-being flowed. There was also the possibility of washing our clothes in a machine.

Old house (was as stable before I guess) in the rural area, very calm and with nice nature around. Close to the ocean. Good wi-fi, good breakfast, very good and not expensive dinner served by owner. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, she gave a great recommendations what to see around, with precise addresses and even organize for us a flight on the small plane - unforgettable experience! Besides the great flight and ocean, Arkachon is a town of one hour driving where you can find great and not expensive oysters and sea food. Nice lake close to location.
House and rooms on the second floor has an old village style - some may like it a lot, some less. You can also hear your neighbors sometime - not critical, but worth to mention.

The old farmhouse has been carefully converted into a boutique hotel with several rooms upstairs and a kitchen/living/dining area downstairs. It's also home to several horses whose owners visit during the day, and while that's separate to the accommodation area, it makes for a nice walk. The country-style breakfast was particularly impressive, and the hosts were very nice.
We were there for an event at the nearby aerodrome so it was perfect for us, but we're usually city trippers so it was a bit remote for our usual stay. It was nice to see the French countryside, horses, etc.

Jeez, this is the second 10 out of 10 case in my entire tourist life! An amazing authentic rural place with all conveniences that you have every day. Exceptionally friendly hosts.
Total relax!
PS: have never sleeped on a mattress like this. Need it in my home!
You will barely have a chance to think about it, but the Internet connection could be better.

Very quiet location, typical of the French countryside, very pleasant environment, very helpful owners. Rich dinner on request - fish, beef, quality matched the price.

The location is great, away from the city but not far from the Atlantic. Vincent is a great host, he managed us one more night to stay, and he is a great cook. Everything was perfect!
It was a pleasure to relax in the jacuzzi after a long and hot day!
We will return for sure!

Vincent is a great host. The location is fantastic, close to the ocean but in a peaceful place. In the evening we had always dinner in the gardner with tasty French cousine prepared by Vincent. I strongly suggest this country hotel if you like spending the nights away from the noisy attractions of the coast.

This "mini-hotel" is located in the very quite area of Parentis-en-Born, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Cathi and Vincent are incredible hosts - friendly, supportive and they go beyond any expectation. They treat you like a long time friend, making any extra step to make your stay better. On-site dinners are highly recommended, Chef Vincent takes care of your wishes. The building has a unique charm, with every furniture having its own story. If you are by car, this is the best accommodation option in the area.

Breakfast was slightly disappointing - was expecting greater variety of food on offer when compared to other amenities…… and comparably priced accommodation.

The room and the whole building was very beautiful, with unique decoration. Nice and quiet location with beautiful countryside views. Very welcoming and friendly owners.

Beautiful location just of the coast. Our room was actually a little cottage with all amenities included. Hosts were very friendly, breakfast outstanding! Highly recommended from our side!
