We booked Logged In to take advantage of the waves in Narragansett Beach but I came down with a cold and could not do much other than to rest. However, we hosted friends over one night and enjoyed using the She-shed, the grill and fire pit. The cabin is well equipped and well organized. We couldn’t want for more except for maybe beach towels, which we didn’t know, in advance, that they were not provided by the host, and enough electrical power for charging our Electric Vehicle. We hooked up our EV to an outdoor outlet one evening and discovered that it tripped the electricity to the window mounted AC units in the living room and the upstairs bedrooms. Therefore, in order to charge our EV we had to turn off the ACs in those rooms. Thankfully, we were able to figure this out and get by without AC. However, communication with the host was not pleasant. She said that I should’ve gained her permission to charge my EV ahead of time and that she hopes that I didn’t do any damage to her electrical system. I was shocked! Let’s get with the times and upgrade your electrical system from a 100 amp to 150 amp to start, and accept the fact that EVs are here to stay. The host might also want to install some solar panels since the cabin relies completely on electrical power.

We had a wonderful time at "Logged Inn." The property is pristine and the cabin is absolutely charming!

This home is extremely clean and well stocked. Lisa thought of everything we could need. We all agree the front porch is amazing, we spent most of our week there. The backyard is awesome as well, the kids thoroughly enjoyed the smores ! The beach is a bit tricky but exactly as described. Once there the beach is awesome, perfect for little guys, very flat no drop-offs and super soft sand. We had a great week!

We had a great stay here - the cabin was super clean and Lisa was very responsive throughout. Beach access and outdoor space were amazing.

The property was meticulously maintained and utilized to the fullest extent. The back yard oasis was amazing for the late night fires to the bartending in the she shed for friends at the cookout on the grill. My wife was so excited when we arrived and loved the warm “homey” feel the cabin had and couldn’t believe how perfect the front porch was for coffee and a paper!.. old school.. Lisa was so helpful and accommodating, I would highly recommend staying here! I know we will again!

Logged Inn was the perfect spot for our 2-week family getaway! The living area is comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked for those who enjoy cooking (as we do). The beds are incredibly comfortable! I was actually quite surprised by this and since our stay was lengthy it was wonderful to have such comfy beds. We enjoyed hosting family and friends throughout our stay, and the loft bedrooms were perfect for a few extra days of visiting with our guests. Our favorite part of Logged Inn was absolutely the outdoor spaces, hands down! The backyard sitting area with the nicely outfitted She Shed was our nightly hangout spot. And when the sun was shining bright in the backyard, we enjoyed the cool and shady front porch with its comfortable seating and ceiling fans.

This cabin was FANTASTIC! It was super charming, had a she-shed, fire pit & gorgeous landscaping - we spent most evenings in the backyard to wind down & make s'mores from the goodies Lisa left for us. The private beach a mile from the house was magnificent! Beautiful sand and spectacular views -- and the bonus? Not crowded at all! Location was amazing as well! Close to great ice cream (Brickley's), superb coffee (Fuel), phenomenal fresh fish (Ocean Catch Seafood) & MAGICAL fried dough (Iggy's). The cabin is a super short drive to town beaches (Scarborough & Roger Wheeler are our favorites) & to Newport (check out Bowen's Wharf)! It was an ideal place for our vacation this year & we hope to return next year!!!

Adorable home is a nice neighborhood and fabulous front porch and back patio. My only complaint is that the home was a mile from Kelly Beach. The beach has no parking and families with young kids cannot make that walk with beach gear in tow so this beach access was completely unusable for us. The walk to the beach has no sidewalks and walking in the road did not feel safe. The house has a bike but not convenient to bike uphill and then downhill to and from the beach.

We just returned from a nice visit to this very cute and cozy log cabin. The location is great - close to stores, restaurants, Brickley's ice cream, nice waterway to kayak/paddleboard and Kelly Beach. Only 20 min drive to Newport. It was a bit further than we could walk to Kelly Beach with all of our supplies, so one member of our party dropped us off at the beach in our car and then came back on a bike, as there is no parking available at the beach (but there are bike racks). The beach has one porta-potty and a spigot to rinse off your sandy feet. The beach itself is great - not too crowded, no rocks, nice and flat, water was relatively warm - overall great. We had six people staying in the cabin (2 seniors, 2 teens, 2 adults), which was a bit tight but we made it work, as our other family was staying in the house next door. The front porch and the outdoor shower were two of our favorite features. House had great amenities, in terms of kitchen ware, supplies, etc. However, we wished the property had a dishwasher. Overall, very nice. Thank you Lisa!

Fabulous stay at the Logged Inn. Great location so convenient to the beaches , shopping and great restaurants. Loved spending a lot of time on the from porch reading and relaxing , enjoyed the fire pit , grilling and the well stocked "She Shed". Lisa was a great host .

Convenient to access many beaches and islands while resting in a quiet, quaint family logged cabin. It’s quite peaceful.

Cozy place that was full of nice amenities! We enjoyed the fire pit, barbecue, outdoor show, and the tremendously stocked "She Shed" which provides an outdoor bar full of facilities for chilling wine and other beverages, practically a kitchen in itself and a TV too! Also loved the front porch for just comfortable chilling out. The nearby private beach was also a treat. Good eats in the area as well. Loved it!

Great stay at the logged inn. About a 10 minute walk to Kelly Beach & Bonnet Shores and yet very close to several restaurants and about a 20 min drive to Newport. House isn’t huge by any means but the outdoor living space for both the porch and patio made it seem much larger and accommodating for family & friends. Lisa also was very commutative throughout the process and clearly is passionate about the property. Absolutely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Logged Inn. Lisa was very responsive to any questions we had and there were many nice touches in the cabin and beach supplies in the shed. Our favorite place to hang out was on the spacious front porch. The outdoor shower is great too! Highly recommended!

This rental is excellent. A short walk to the beach, beautiful back yard with kitchen and fire pit. A relaxing front porch with fans for a muggy day. The rental was extremely clean and well kept. Recommend this rental to couples and small families.

The cabin was extremely cozy and was close to everything. We're beach people so having the Kelly Beach passes that were provided was a bonus. The outside porch and backyard is awesome. Strongly recommend this property. Thanks so much! Joe & Michelle.

We had a great stay at Logged Inn! My family and I each had our own favorite spots in the house - from the secluded front porch for a nap, the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, the firepit for s'mores making, a hammock for relaxing and the awesome she shed when it was time for a drink. Lisa was very responsive whenever I had a question and she has thought of everything to make this a home away from home.

The property was very nice and accurately described. We loved spending time on the wonderful front porch…reading, morning coffee and the back patio was so fun for s’mores and cocktails! Kelly Beach is also very nice and a great walking beach. Lisa is a wonderful host and very easy to contact and has lots of good information and recommendations!

This space is a special serene beach getaway. Almost all the beach communities in RI are packed with homes on top of each other, so it can be difficult to find privacy. Lisa has done a MAGNIFICENT job at making it feel as though there are no neighbors at all (who, by the way are wonderful neighbors if you do have the pleasure of running into them) This cabin is about as cozy as it gets for short or long stays. She provides incredibly clean and comfortable linens, the beds are all amazing, temperature control in every room to suit your personal preference, kitchen is stocked, and that's just the inside!! The outdoor spaces are simply amazing. The backyard is top of the line for any type of hangout you're looking to achieve, but we seemed to find ourselves relaxing on the coziest front porch you could ask for. We also had our 1 year old with us, and the house was perfect for him!! The entire yard is gated with latched doors, no dangerous stairs, no breakable objects at his level, no cords running along walls. She even had a Pack n Play and beach toys in the back shed so we didn't have to haul ours with us! I have nothing but good things to stay about this home AND Lisa, who was beyond wonderful to deal with. A++Much Love, We will be back <3

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Owner was very responsive and accommodating and the cottage had all the comforts of home. Bonnet Shores is a great area and the private beach was perfect! The beach is a good 15-minute walk so if you have a family you will be dropping off and hiking back on foot. I would recommend bringing a bike or skate board to get back to the beach as a time saver;) Overall A great stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 4! It is super cozy and comfortable. The outdoor space is also exact as pictured; great spaces for hanging out. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the owner was extremely responsive to questions.

Lisa is an outstanding host and the property is much more than promised! The home is perfect and Lisa has it stocked with everything and anything that you could ever need. The She-Shed is wonderful and the outdoor shower is heavenly after a long day relaxing on the beach. Kelly Beach is beautiful and clean and the 15 minute walk to get there is easy. We have stayed at many of this type of rental properties and this is by far one of the best! We will certainly be back!!

Very charming and clean 3 bedroom house that was perfect for our family. Owner thought of everything and included a very detailed welcome book to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She also left treats for our kids to enjoy in the beautiful backyard where we spent most of our nights. The beach is beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer.

This house was very nice, had everything we needed and more! Perfect for any small or mid sized family. The backyard is amazing and the location was pretty central to see all the area has to offer. It was also easy considering Lisa was always available if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This house was better than the pictures showed, it was clean, bigger than expected, and had air conditioning during a hot week. It had privacy out back, a beautiful front porch to have our morning coffee. Plenty of room for our group, four adults and two children. We ended up dropping our group at the beach, then one of us walking back and bringing the car back to pick everyone up. It worked out perfectly for us!
