The location is very accessible and the comfort of the stay is worth it.

Location was excellent. Walking distance across to SM Mall. The view in the night was marvellous. I can cook my favourite food.
The pillow cases wasn’t changed smells stinky armpit and I can still smell perfume on the pillows instead of fresh wash pillow cases and beddings. There was a stain in the beddings and I can see strands of hair, it looks like not been changed. I complained it to the reception, they changed the pillow cases only. Our condotel was on the 15th floor I can hear the buzzling of the traffic on the street. The room was small for 4 people. The rice cooker was not working but they changed it to a new one. Utensils and plates were good only for 3 people and we were 4. The glass available were only 2.

The place was neat and clean with the perfect city lights view at night.
The only unpleasant experience was when the 2 elevators got broken and only 1 function. The queue was very looooonnnnggggg.
During our check-out we could not leave our baggage for a short time so we could have had eaten breakfast because they do not have space where you can leave you luggages.

Location , very clean . Easy to communicate with owner and very responsive to questions about the property . The room was very comfortable with lots of shelf space . Most importantly , No bugs !! Comfortable bedding .
the bathroom has a bad odor as we entered the room but the odor disappeared after we sprayed a deodorizer , probably the odor came from the room being unoccupied for a while . Not a deal breaker . The rest of the room itself smelled good .

The only things we liked were the comfy bed and great location - just in front of SM City Cebu.
Didn’t get to use the kitchen because of dirty kitchen appliances: dirty kettle, there was murky water in it and stains that looked like mould; and dirty pots, still had old rice and smelt so bad. There was also flies everywhere

Everything. When you need a place to rest after a long vacation, this room satisfies it. Clean, comfortable, neat, complete with amenities, even has netflix! The key is very easy to collect even if we checked in at near midnight.

It is good location. It is close from the port, not far from the airport and you got a mall opposite of the building. When I asked the owner if I could borrow an iron, the staff brought it in a few minutes.
Nothing to write about the accommodation. Just don't use the laundry shop on the ground floor. They ruined our stuff.

I like how the display and set up is kinda aesthetic. The lighting is really good, especially when we used the light lamp beside the bed that is really warm and relaxing. It’s really clean and tidy. And the towels smells really good. Kitchen stuffs are complete also. Plus, Sm Cebu is just across the street that makes it very convenient.

I love the people of the Philippines 🇵🇭. I love the food and history of Cebu.
I was sick after 2 days of arriving and was sick until I left. The Black mole was the cause of my sickness and I recovered as soon as I left. The smell was horrible and I will never stay here again...please don't stay here. The pool was never open and most sadly the owner told me the unit was wheelchair accessible. My wheelchair is only 23 inches or 60 cm wide and I couldn't make good use of the bathroom. Nothing is safe for wheelchair users at this location.

The place is very comfortable and very accessible. Host is also very accommodating and responsive with every query. The place is very worth choosing. And it has a very nice view. No regrets! 😊

Location is perfect - straight near SM City
Staff - always eager to help and trying to resolve issues as soon as possible.
Property is outdated , requires serious maintenance. Time to time there is bad smell in the bathroom. Price is biting for this quality. Wifi is dropping off bit fair to say that it had fair speed.

Quite close to SM and accessibility to transportation is good. Hassle free check in and check out. Space was set up well with a lot of storage for us five. Fully equipped kitchen.
For a group of five, it was quite a tight space though it felt cozy somehow.
