The condo unit is comfortable and clean. The property location is only a few steps away from a mall. Safe paid parking is available. I will give preference to this place next time I have to be in CDO.

The bathroom needs some attention. The hot water equipment does not seem to function properly and the shower faucet needs to be repaired. This is probably the reason why there is a bucket and water dipper in the shower.

It is very cozy, clean and homey-feeling. Plus, you get a good view of the mountains. We had a very good night sleep bec. there were no disturbing noises.

Ground and front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Location was also great, at the city center and next to the mall. Nice window view by the bed and the bed was comfortable.

There were small ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. Unfortunately there were also small roaches in the bathroom. I couldn’t figure out how the shower works, or if it wasn’t working at all. The sink faucet was also flimsy. Everything was unplugged when I checked in including the fridge so the fridge had water dripping inside. The unit I stayed at is not what is pictured and there was no advanced notice, only found out after check-in. The smell of moth balls was soo strong you can smell it from outside the room. The moth balls are known to have carcinogens and should not be used.

The apartment unit is located right next to many big shopping malls in the city and there were plenty of small independent coffee shops in the vicinity.

The lobby was under renovation during our stay. It wasn't a very pleasant sight every time we entered the building and the smell of wet paint was pretty strong. The saddest part, I am not sure if the host is aware of it, but there were plenty of small cockroaches in the unit. The unit itself is not dirty. It's a building management issue. We are sure that the cockroaches climb through the water pipes and we find them in the sink and bathroom every morning. I remember killing at least 5 of them every day.

The host was very accommodating when we requested early check-in.
