Condo was a great space and as pictured. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio watching the greenskeepers each morning preparing the course for play.
Very bright but still plenty of shade. The condo worked well but it was just my wife and I on this visit. Everything was as expected but see if the master mattress has been updated before you reserve. It was stiff as a board and needs replacing.
Convenient location to the beach. No access to pools. Bring your own beach chairs or you can rent.
We enjoyed sunsets at Bohicket Marina.
Check in was very easy.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay but wised there was a true hand rail going to the upper lever. The living room had food and a pillow on the floor behind the couch and in the shower on the first floor there were several long black hairs stuck on shower walls. (No one in our party had long dark/black hair)In the walk in closet upstairs there were several blue balloons which had been blown up and several blue crate paper decorations. The light on the front porch did not work which made it a bit difficult at night.

This home was exceptionally clean. The flooring looked brand new! The wall colors make the home feel inviting. All beds were comfortable with clean linens. Had all basic kitchen tools that we needed. The beach was close enough to walk to if you don't have lots to carry. There is a small parking area at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home on Kiawah Isalnd and would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, the home was comfortable and for once the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The weather was perfect and gave us all the sunshine we needed to replenish our Vitamin D ! We had one problem with the microwave; every time we turned it on it blew a fuse. But maintenance came and provided us with another microwave so all was good. Thanks for great memories of Kiawah Island!

This property is on the 17 hole at Cougar Point GC. It is a no frills property. We have stayed in the area before in a cottage. That fits our travel style better. There were very limited items in the kitchen. No BBQ. Many of the lights and outlets were not working. Next visit we will return to a cottage.

We had a winderfulntime in West Village. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable for the whole family. The kitchen lacked some basic supplies but otherwise a great spot.

We did have some problems. Kitchen could have Saran Wrap, aluminum foil etc. Kitchen pits and pans were sub par, they are actually warped. Light switches did not work, electrical outlets did not hold charging blocks. You need to spray for bugs specifically cockroaches which were in kitchen.

What a wonderful place. The home was just the right size and extremely comfortable. It was perfectly situated on the golf course and was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fresh Fields was right down the street and there was a small convenience store within a short walk. Lovely time! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Spring Break trip
Beautiful home for a short Spring Break trip with our children. A quick 2-4 minute bicycle ride to the beach and so many bike trails to explore. Clean house with great view of the golf course. We can't wait to come back to Kiawah!

Great last minute rental to beat the winter blues
Condo was great and had plenty of room for us to spread out and work remotely. Furnishings were nice. Plenty of towels and a nice renovation. Property management company was very responsive. Kiawah was of course wonderful, but that goes without saying!

Great location, right past the first gate. Be at Freshfields in less than 5 minutes, or explore the rest of the island. Communication with on-site team was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We really loved this home. Everything was modern, clean and updated. It’s a very attractive and comfortable home. It has a great kitchen , beautiful furniture and a bathroom in each room. It’s a great location! Short walk to the beach.

Drawbacks: worn, spotted carpet on stairs and upstairs, upstairs bathrooms only somewhat updated (mildewy tub grout, etc), whole unit has musty smell and heavy humidity even after A/C turned on for several days, kitchen not well stocked (eg, no non stick pan in kitchen).

Great Location
We love coming to Kiawah every summer, and loved our location this year! Short walk to the beach, perfect bedroom layouts for our 3 teens! Beautiful golf course view as well! Host was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had!

Close walk to the beach
We had a wonderful time! We had 3 kiddos and we could walk or ride our bikes to the beach. Very clean and big enough for 4 adults and 3 kiddos! We will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and we had everything that we needed!

July 2021 beach week
Spent a week at the condo with my wife and family. Location of the condo is perfect. Very walkable in regards to the beach. The condo has everything you need for the beach and then some. Only recommendations would be adding ceiling fans in the rooms as it did get warm in the upstairs compared to downstairs. I would also recommend adding an outdoor hose for washing off feet, chairs, etc after coming in from the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great rental
Our group enjoyed the rental property! The location and place itself were nice. There was easy access to the beach (note that we found Boardwalk 5 was closest via a 5 minute walk - there was also a parking lot beside this boardwalk). The property managers were thorough with communication and helpful with answering our questions ahead of time about beach access. We would certainly rent this property again next time we’re at Kiawah.

good location. few hiccups
we enjoyed our stay, however upstairs was very hot. management company brought over fans that helped some. upgraded tile in bath and kitchen. many of the outlets were subpar and the plugs would just fall out. nice to have washer and dryer but the lint trap will cut your hand. Broom, mop and vaccum were there to use but no cleaning supplies to clean if there was a mess. Wifi was great and every room had a TV. we stay at either wild dunes or kiawah a few tines a year and this listing ranks last on our list.

We had a great stay in this condo is great to share with couples or family. Nice having a separate bathroom for each room. Very clean and super convenient to everything on the island, especially beach access. Pictures online are a little misleading as the condo is darker inside and the pictures make it look like it is sparkling white, but that didn’t really change our rating, we would give it a five star

Perfect location
Had a great four-day stay at this condo. Would really give it a 4 1/2 because the pictures make it look like it is white and bright on the inside, when in reality it is darker, but that really wasn’t a negative. The beach access was extremely close, We had quick access to all the island amenities, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was working and there wasn’t anything that we felt wasn’t available to us. Vacasa does an incredible job at communicating with their rental properties. Would recommend this unit or would rent again
