The apartment is very nice, big, comfortable, a lot of space to put the things, modern. It has everything that you need in the kitchen. There is a skiroom at the ground floor, lift, and a car park. The restaurant and shops are nearby. The cablelift is 5 minutes from the apartment. But the best is the view from the apartment :) marvellous!!!

Nothing... Maybe for us... it was a little bit too warm in the apartment, but we could use the airconditioning, but we did not do that.

Apartment is brand new, comfortable, made in high standard, well eqipped. Convinient access to the lift, parking with roof at side. Fast internet. Skiroom equipped in skiboots dryers.

After heavy snowfal it took quite long time for staff to clean parking from snow. There was even no shovel to clean by ownself your parking place. Reservation process occupied my attention a lot - payment 4 months in advance, additional emails with explanation for payments, urgent ask for apartment change - it should be managed better...

Kind staff, very comfortable and well equipped facility

The apartment is really beautiful. Very spacious, excellently equipped, with a wonderful view of the lake. There is a sauna in the bathroom, fantastic after skiing all day. The gondola is a 5-minute walk away.

Even if the accommodation is apartment-type, the towels were not changed even once, and the staff did not mention this to us at check-in. They just showed up at check out to check if everything was ok with the apartment. That's the only complaint.

The building is quite new so everything looks new and clean and everything works well. It was handy that there is plenty of space by the entrance to safely store bicycles etc. The appartment itself is very spacious and well equipped. The view on the Ossiacher See is great. In the area there is a lot to do and see without masses of tourists.

We only missed a microwave oven and a washing machine; in the basement we could use a washing machine and dryer so that was not a very big issue.

Great new apartment house! quite, close to the lift. we made iT everyDay with skibbots and skiis, with 2 kids. no problem:) Great ski room. And Wi-Fi! and smart TV with Netflix:) really enjoyed:)

nothing to mention

Modern apartment, beautiful view, quiet, very clean, efficient check-in and check-out, location close to the lake and the skiing area (5 min walking), friendly staff.

Checkout at 10 AM on Sundays, apartments higher up probably have a nicer view, reception not in the building.

The apartment was equipped with very nice and trendy furniture (huge TVs, very comfortable beds, windows with automatic rolling shutters, perfectly equipped and cozy kitchen and bathroom, two toilets, etc.) everything was just really new and nice, with a nice atmosphere inside. Maybe I was missing a microwave oven, but that is the only thing that comes to my mind. The size of the apartment was huge, the terrace and the windows had a beautiful view to the Ossiacher See. The whole building complex is very new as I mentioned, parking place was perfect, the car was also under a roof, which is good in winter and in summer as well. The location is just excellent, very close to the ski lift (around 100-150 metres). I also appreciated that the house complex was built using sustainable approaches.

Maybe that we had to pick up the key in another place about 200 metres from the house. I did not expect this, but maybe I was not reading all the rules from booking, I am not sure.
