We had a wonderful stay in the villa, there were 6 of us and we had plenty of space for us all. The pool was lovely and well kept. All the rooms were beautiful and the water fountain was very handy in the kitchen.

The only issue was the current road works that are happening on the road to the villa. It is the only road you can access to villa and there were constantly diggers or trucks stopping taxis/grabs getting to the villa. Although we understand this is outside of the owners control it was inconvenient.

Lovely property, nice quiet location with a beautiful outlook. Very clean, staff really helpful & friendly! Villa manager Jasa looked after us very well and arranged our trips to mount batur & Quad biking for a great price! Pool is lovely

the location was slightly out the way and tough for grabs to locate your exact pick up, but by no means is this an issue more so just something to overcome

Beautiful villa with great view from the patio. Loved winding down the day watching the sunset... while watching the monkeys in the trees also watching the sunset. Kind of magical. The location of the villa is away from the sometimes chaos that is Ubud these days. Things are quiet and peaceful while in your home base, but close enough to quickly get into the main part of the shopping/eating areas. With Grab, you have both quick and easy transport options or ordering food in when too lazy to make the journey in person. For those in need of solid Internet speeds for remote work, it was more than adequate.

Not the fault of the villa at all but you need to realize that walking into the main Ubud center is likely not the smart or safe option. The road linking the two isn't built for that. With Grab scooter pickups/dropoffs so cheap, that is your best option. In groups, Grab car shuttling works but the main road gets backed up much of the day delaying things. Just plan for that and you'll be more than fine.

the pool was lovely & bedrooms clean and good size

the property was further away from the centre than I anticipated. there was a construction site next door, which was loud the day we left. I would have been very upset if the noise was there during our stay. Visitors should be advised if there is construction noise next door.
