My friend & I spent a week at this very clean, well-stocked condo & so enjoyed it! This complex is very quiet & peaceful & this unit has a beautiful unobstructed view of the beach. We will be renting this unit again on our next trip to HHI!

This property was perfect for our vacation. The location was great, we walked or rode our bikes everywhere. The mornings on the patio were great too. If this unit was for sale, we would considering purchasing. Just a great spot.

We stayed at this property for a guys golf trip. Great location right off the beach with private access. Nice layout and well kept home. One key benefit for us is having three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms (old guys) so that was a plus. Recommend the property but please don’t rent end of February as we will be trying to get it next year 😄

Wow! This corner unit is spectacular! The pictures don't do this place justice. Literally only 265 steps from the carport to the sandy beach. The kitchen is large enough to cook with 4 adults all in there. Close to Coligny (about a 15 minute walk). Sadly, we left 2 days early, because of Hurricane Ian, but will be back next September! Also, the owner replied to my emails within the half hour.

My girlfriend and I and 3 kids stayed at this property for a week. It had EVERYTHING we needed. Room to spread out, privacy for everybody, ample kitchen space to prepare and eat meals together, CLOSE beach location, and a gorgeous view. The owner was there and was very sweet and accommodating and helpful! It is hard to have any negatives to say, but minor feedback would be there was no lock on the downstairs bathroom, the grounds had a lot of mosquitos (it was a very rainy week), and the balcony is very slender so you will get rained on if it's raining. We would book this again in a heartbeat. We had a lovely stay here, thank you!!

We loved this Villa. The location was perfect. We could see the ocean from the kitchen and patio. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to Coligny Village. The Villa was very nicely decorated. Deb was super helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend this Villa. .

We love this location away from public beach but close enough to walk to Cologne. And the condo had the best view from main floor.

The villa was what was advertised. It was very nice and clean. It was one of 5 units facing directly at the Ocean. The owner, Deb, called to make sure everything was in proper order. I recommend this place.

We absolutely loved the villa! It was a perfect location to the beach with beautiful views and privacy. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back next summer!

Great property, great owner. Totally refurbished and well appointed home right on the beach. Forgot I wasn’t in Hawaii a few times!

We have just returned from Hilton Head . This was our first time down there. The beach Villa we chose was perfect !!!! Great location , we biked and walked everywhere. The villa is spotless. So nice to walk out door and walk down to beach which was beautiful. We brought our own chairs but I did see there were some beach chairs there along with boogie boards. The laundry room is convenient and I was happy to have access to a broom and dust pan. We placed a cardboard box by door to put are shoes in to limit sand on the floors . We were contacted early in week to make sure everything was good. I appreciated that. We will defiantly rent this one every time we come back. Thank you for sharing your villa with our family. Restaurant s to go to Frosty frog, Hot mamas ( the best) Black Marlin- Lobster,shrimp,crab roll to die for, Mellow mushroom for the best pizza.

This condo was first class and the view was spectacular! Plenty of room for our family of five.

Deb has an impeccably clean and beautiful rental. It is well cared for and well thought out for the guests comfort. Clean does not describe this spotless villa--I have never been more relaxed in a rental I don't think. The location is amazing and you can walk out of the door and hit the beach walkover in 25 steps. We spent every morning on the balcony looking at the ocean. The kids had plenty of space and enjoyed having their own bathrooms as well. Cold AC, cold fridge, filtered drinking water. We will definitely be back!

We rented this villa for one week in June. The location is amazing, right in front of the dunes with the direct ocean view. The owner was very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come again.

This property was new to the market and was a great place to stay. Good size and space. Fantastic location to the beach and coligny. Very clean and felt new and high end with the nice furnishings. Owner was very responsive and good to work with. I've never stayed at the same place twice in all my trips to HHI. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again.
