The house was beautiful and super relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The house it’s super close to Anna Maria island and the drive then was super short. We love relaxing by the pool and exploring the area.

Very clean, beautiful home conveniently located near everything. Host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was smooth. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at IMG academy and this home was very conveniently located to IMG. For the moment the house was booked the owner was very communicative. When we arrived we were greeted to a very clean house that was so inviting, and a hostess basket filled with snacks. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfy. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. The open concept kitchen with island seating was well equipped with everything you might need. Relaxing by the screened in pool was just what we needed after long days at lacrosse games. Conveniently located to stores, and great restaurants. Cannot say enough about what a great stay we had. Definitely will rebook if we head to the area again.

It’s a beautiful holiday home to stay for several weeks. Everything you need is available even an air fryer, a microwave, an oven, coffee machine and many more. We stayed there for two weeks during the hurricane Idalia and Joe, the host, contacted us and provided instructions how stay safe and be well prepared for the storm. We got luck and the storm turned in north directions, so that our area was not really affected by the hurricane.
The pool area is great and the pool service is Wednesdays. Pool/ Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are also available and stored in the garage. The beach is only 12min away (by car) and the neighborhood is very quiet. The grill and the bikes need a little love by a technician in the near future ;) but I am pretty sure Joe will take care of it.

We traveled from Richmond to enjoy New Year’s in Florida. The house was even nicer in person with a great layout and lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Loved the personalized note and snack basket. Having a heated pool was extra nice!! Owner was super communicative and friendly. Laundry on premises was awesome especially to wash beach towels. Linens provided a major plus. Location was safe and also very convenient to downtown and beaches. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home!!

The host was so nice and easy to work with. He responded to messages quickly. The house is probably the best rental I have ever stayed in as far as having all the items you might need. The kitchen was phenomenal. Would highly recommend2. We will stay here again.

A wonderful house near to Ana Maria Island in a quiet neighborhood.We were able to enjoy our stay, the house was super clean and equipped with everything you may need.The heated pool was a plus, since the weather was a bit chill.The host was very attentive and the check in, check out very smooth. I will definitely be back

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our 20th year anniversary. The house was beautiful, welcoming with an open floor plan and perfectly decorated. We felt right at home. Everything we needed to make it a perfect stay was included. House is minutes from Anna Maria Island with it's pristine white sand beaches and clear blue waters. Pool was so refreshing during the hot sunny days. It lit up at night creating an inviting and tranquil atmosphere. And to top things off, the amazing hosts, Joe and Alexa, made it a hassle free rental. They provided excellent communciation, recommended restaurants and activities to do. Simply a memorable experience. We look forward to renting again.

Home owner was awesome, excellent location and house
The house was clean, had everything you needed and owner even ordered an air fryer because a previous guest suggested it. Joe was very responsive, nice and even ordered my daughter a small gift for her birthday which was so kind. I would highly recommend this house - pool was great and the location was excellent and so close to the beaches. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to Joe !!!

Joe was very attentive and responsive to us as guest and gave great recommendations for our stay!

Beautiful house with a swimming pool not far from the sea.
The house was clean and comfortable. There was a nice heated swimming pool. A lot of table games and stuff for beach. Beds were very good. We really enjoyed our vacation in this place. I hope we could come back there soon.

Wonderful holiday stay
We loved everything about our stay!! The home is beautiful, wonderful amenities and perfect location to the beaches and shopping. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and everyone enjoyed the pool and living spaces. If there was a question the owner was very quick to respond and taking care of any issue we had…we didn’t!! It was a wonderful way to spend Christmas in Florida! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Wonderful Escape
We had a great time on our one week stay. The location is amazing - so close to the beach. The rooms are all large so the home feels extra spacious and has great natural light. Very clean and Well equipped with everything we needed. The kids had an amazing time at the pool and they can’t wait to go back!

The best ever. Everything including the property owners support exceeded our expecrations.
The property was very well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect and we were provided with pool rafts, bikes and beach chairs. The owner truely goes above and beyond to accomodate his renters.

Wonderful 10 weeks
My husband and I had a great trip. The home is in a nice area with very friendly neighbors, close to shopping, and restaurants (Bella Mia is within walking distance). Due to the pandemic we only used a portion of the house, but it was such a treat to have the pool which was used almost every day. Joe was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to next year. Thank you Joe for sharing your house with us.

What a wonderful home and host! Everything was so simple with the check in process and when we opened the door- it was obvious how much effort is made with ensuring the home is extremely clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everything you could think of or need was there, making it truly feel like home away from home. (Kitchen essentials, laundry, bedding, games, pool and beach supplies and toys, bikes... even down to an extra toothbrush, which was needed:) We asked about a pack-and-play and Joe responded he did not have one there, but that he ordered one right away and it would be there for use for our 2 yr old! We had an issue with the pool water temp due to several reasons. When we called Joe to express disappointment, he was very accomodating and kind and helped rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Thank you, Joe! I can't imagine finding a better host and home for yourself getaway!

Driftwood & Sunsets
July 19-25
From the moment we walked in, it felt like "home". It was clean and open, my wife fell in love with the decor right away, kids loved the space and the pool of course! Great location, close to everything, beach 10 mins away. The Pineda's really thought of everything a family needs to enjoy there stay, pool toys, beach chrs, umbrellas, bikes, fishing rods, board games etc and i definately look forward to staying again! My family had a wonderful time, thank you!

Great family getaway!
We visit the area every year but weren't sure it would happen this year with the rental ban that was going on. We are very happy we were able to make the trip, Joe's house is clean, comfortable, and exactly what the pictures show. It was our first time renting from someone we didn't know, but Joe made sure everything was great! The pool was a big hit with our 9 and 12 yr olds as well as the adults! We went to the beach often as well, only a quick 10 or 15 minute trip to Anna Maria Island. The beds were comfy, and the house has lots of space even for 8 people. Everything is new and modern. The neighbors are also very helpful and friendly. We would love to return next time we are in Florida.

Amazing vacation!!!!
We went to Bradenton for our daughter’s sports tryout and decided to make a vacation of it and I’m SOOOO glad we did. Prior to leaving, I was very concerned about the increase in coronavirus numbers, but as Joe, the owner, shared with me, his home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and not far from beautiful (and not crowded) beaches, restaurants, and stores. His house is immaculate and the entire inside of the house appears to have been gutted and renovated with top of the line materials and appliances. The pool was sparkling clean and stocked with toys, rafts, towels, etc. I could go on and on regarding the amazing aspects of this house and how great the owner was to us, but I need to attend to July 4th activities. I suspect we’ll have another sports event in the area one day, in which case, we will definitely be back!!!! Thank you Joe!!!!

Excellent Stay, Joe thought of everything
Ther is nothing nicer than coming home to a beautiful home, and that’s just what Joe provides. It is immaculate. We actually thought of changing the locks and seeing where that would go! You will be welcomed with lovely surprises when you arrive, and the beds are amazing and clean, clean, clean!

Excellent choice for our getaway!
My husband and I planed a last minute getaway for Valentines Week and we couldn’t be happier with our choice in this property! The location was perfect, only minutes away from the beach and cute local restaurants. The house was very clean and decorated with excellent taste. Highly recommended if you are looking for a short or long term stay! Hopefully we can make it a traditions and come back every year 😊 we loved and enjoyed our stay!
