This house is lovely! It has a well-stocked kitchen so you can cook (often lacking in rentals). The neighborhood is great and not one but two neighbors welcomed us. Jay was kind enough to allow us to check in a couple hours early since our flight arrived in the morning. Our stay was perfect. I can't think of a single thing to improve about the property, and that's pretty rare!!

Quiet neighborhood and close to all the amenities along with the beach.

My family and I stayed here right after Hurricane Idalia. We were concerned that there may not be power and possible damage/etc. The owner Jay went above and beyond with updates letting us know about the storm and the property. Luckily everything was great! The house was clean. We were quite surprised with the amount of items stocked in the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. We were located close to several different beaches. I would highly recommend this place! Thanks for giving our family a home to enjoy for the week!

This place is the perfect location inbetween Cortez and Manatee. Quick access to either bridge to get to the beach. The house was very clean and well kept. Could use a pack and play for future guests under 2 :)

Overall the house was nice and centralized to everything. Everything was provided we didn’t have to buy much! There was a stinch in the hallway bathroom that we couldn’t get rid of even with bleach and air freshener. The sink was slow to drain as well but overall it was a good stay.

The house was clean. The outside area was beautiful. The location was nice and close to anything you could want.

My wife and I spent a month at this property with 2 week’s working/ 2 weeks vacation. The dining room area was perfect for my remote work. Outside area around pool was quiet and relaxing. Location is perfect for quick access to beaches. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful making for nice walking or biking. House was clean and kitchen well stocked.

This was our 1st Vrbo rental property, it was fantastic. Jay, our host was excellent, communication, assistance when needed was second to none. We stayed 30+ days, the home delivered on all our expectations, the pool, though not heated, average temperature was between 76-82, being from Michigan, was used frequently. He very much enjoyed our time here, and hopefully to return for future trips. A+ from us.

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood which is close to absolutely everything. Grocery store, restaurants, gym, and beach are all a 5-10 minute drive. The house is clean and comfortable, and the property manager, Jay, was always available to provide assistance or answer questions. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Scheduled to arrive days after Ian came through the area, Jay went out of his way to assure us that the house and the area was ready for our visit. He even went out to survey AMI and some of the places we were hoping to stop at and recommended a restaurant that we never would have known about that we all enjoyed. The house came through the storm virtually unscathed and Jay was a very accommodating host. It was our third visit and definitely not the last.

A must stay! Went on vacation with my family and the minute we entered this cozy beach house we were very happy. The pool was super clean and the patio area was very relaxing. Close proximity to the beach. (8 min drive) and shopping . Thank you for letting us stay in your home and hope to rent again.

We’ve been there for 10 days. Everything was great, very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, stores and activities. We had so much fun. We recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay. However, this home was nice but certainly not LUXURY. The third bedroom should not be considered an actual bedroom since it was basically the size of a closet with a bed in it. It was creepy and no one slept in it. It was nice to have our own private pool and had a nice time floating and relaxing. The outdoor furniture could be updated. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were new. The mattresses were nice, as long as you did not sit on the edge. The linens were okay. The layout of the home was perfect. The neighborhood quiet. The beaches were a reasonable distance and we loved that it was free parking. We would absolutely stay again.

House was clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Spent many hours sitting by the pool. What a great way to relax after a long New England winter.

My wife and I enjoyed the 4 weeks we stayed in this home. Our host, Jay was very attentive to our needs and quick to respond anytime we had a question. The home is 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island, a nice easy drive to the beach! This home is very functional for our needs during our stay. It really had everything that we need. However the third bedroom is really not a bedroom because of its size, no closet, no dresser. As described it has a twin bed. The other two bedrooms are nice but there is no luxury bedding as described. The pool is not heated (as described) so we were not able to use it during our 4 week stay from mid-January to mid-February. It's a great place to vacation We really loved the location!

We chose this house due to its lanai and location. We were not disappointed. The house is on one level and has all hard floors and the outdoor spaces make it seem much larger than its size. This was well equipped with condiments, washer/dryer, cooking implements. The neighborhood is quiet and ~10 minutes from the beach. We went walking on the beach most mornings- I miss it already : )

House is well equipped with the essentials for a weeklong stay. It served as a great base as we explored the area. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The third bedroom is not really a bedroom. Just something to be aware of; didn't really impact our stay. Couch and outdoor furniture could use some updating for comfort and safety. A few minor inconveniences overall but easily overlooked.

Very well thought out amenities. Everything that counts was there, comfortable beds, nice sheets and pillows, lots of towels, complete kitchen with sufficient utensils. BBQ worked well. The pool was clean and agreeable. Large garden. Air conditioner worked real well. Bathrooms were clean. Everything worked. This is not a luxury property nor nor is the furniture high end, but all was clean and comfortable. It is a quiet neighborhood, safe, close to the supermarket and close enough to restaurants in about a 1 to 2 mile radius. The beach is about 5 minutes away, Ana Maria Island is about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank to Jay for always responding quickly.

Our family of 5 had the best time at this beautiful Florida home. The home was so comfortable and perfect for our family. We loved having our own pool! It was a great size. And we loved that it was enclosed. The house is in a great location. Great neighborhood to take morning walks or go running. There is a Publix grocery store and great restaurant (Danny’s pizzeria - try the garlic knots!) nearby. We loved the comfort & layout of the home. It had everything we wanted - a great pool, nice kitchen, dining room, lots of options for watching movies and shows, an enclosed patio for reading & meals and a great pool area to enjoy the sunny days. It was fresh and clean. We appreciated the extra bonuses, such as umbrellas, chairs & a cooler to take to the beach, board games & 3 TVs. Plus the host was friendly and accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Great location, too - we were able to go to 6 different beaches, visit Sarasota, Venice, Anna Marie Island and St. Petersburg. Don’t miss the Mote Museum and Aquarium and the Robinson Preserve!

We had a wonderful vacation. The property is nice, clean, and close to beaches. Kids especially loved the pool and the layout of the house.

Many beaches minutes away with gorgeous sand and water! Pool was a refreshing end to our beach days. Everything we needed was there, plus! Jay was there immediately for a very minor problem. Thank you for a nice relaxing place to enjoy our family for a week!

Easy process

The house was as pictured. Nice decor and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We have a 3, 7 and 9 year old and only suggestion I have is add alarms to doors so if kids open them you will know.

Wonderful property, just as pictured and described. Very well organized and clean, great communication from owner/management. They were very kind when I screwed up the date of our departure and had to scramble at the last minute. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Bradenton area for a fun vacation!

This house was perfect for our Florida getaway! Clean, well-organized, and stocked with plenty of towels and linens for both the pool and home. It is situated close to amenities, Starbucks, and restaurants. Two minutes to all of it! The pool was glorious and we’d be happy to return.
