Several members of a 17 year old baseball team stayed at this prosperity. It was our 2nd stay in a little under a year. The games room, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and putting area are perfect for this types of group. The layout provides separation over a great deal of space. Kitchen appliances, utensils, coffee, linens, were all provided. You don’t need anything!!

Nicely decorated, clean and well stocked home. The pool and hot tub are great and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor space at this home.

The layout of the house was awesome. It is clean, well furnished, and you instantly feel at home. There are many places throughout the house and backyard to sit and hang out. I love that the owner stocks everything you could ever need and more. She is receptive, kind, thorough, and available if anything should go awry. The pool is heated and the instructions on how to heat the pool were very clear. We’ve stayed at many homes that do not allow you to touch or adjust the pool/spa. She walks you through the instructions on how to heat the pool and spa to your liking. Absolutely LOVE Angela! 💞 The last surprise that we didn’t expect was the converted garage into a game room. We stayed for travel baseball. The boys had a blast. So fun. Even a dad said that the original golf game brought back so many memories and he was a pro. My 15 year old asked if we could buy a machine for home. 😆 Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our new home away from home when we come out to AZ!

This house was everything that we hoped for and more! We really appreciated the abundance of beach towels and the extra touches - makeup towelettes, shampoo packets, toothpaste, and more! The outdoor space and pool are fantastic; the pool and hot tub are plenty warm when the breeze picks up a little. Nice neighborhood in a fantastic location near everything you could want or need including groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. The home is clean and well cared for, the furniture is all very nice and comfortable, and there is plenty of room to spread out. Really can’t say enough good about it and we cannot have wait to come back and stay again!

This was our second time staying at this property over the last year. Youth baseball tournaments normally bring us to the Peoria area during the summer. With that, there are players who stay at the home, as well. This home is perfect for the players and parents…pool, game room, putting area near the outdoor kitchen. The home is good size, allowing for everyone to relax in their own space. In addition to the home being completely outfitted with necessities, the owner is completely accessible via phone or text, and the check in/out instructions were explained completely prior to arriving.

This house is amazing ! We have stayed in a lot of vrbo and this one is the best we have ever stayed in . My wife and I came down for some pool and sun time . And we couldn’t have been happier . The pool and backyard was amazing ! The house was super clean, and had everything we would have ever needed . There’s a grocery store close by and lots of great restaurants. There is nothing bad I could say about this house . The owner is fantastic and made the check in very simple and welcoming . We will be back with the kids very soon . If you’re looking for a great house with a great pool no need to look anywhere else other than this house !

We've stayed at ten different VRBO's in the area over the past five years, and this home was the absolute best!!! Lots of activities besides a pool, and the gorgeous house had everything we needed, which is a first! And a TV in every bedroom/family room eliminated arguments over what to watch. The big dining areas inside and outside were fantastic for all the family meals together! Thank you Angela for a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely be back!!

Amazing home, pool, hot tub, outdoor space and indoor space. My husband and I were so comfortable in the master suite. Our daughters and the families came during our 18 day stay. The grandchildren 9, 8, 5 and 4 were so delighted with the property. My 8 year old grandson said "this is paradise". Kitchen was fully stocked so we ate most meals in. Grocery store less than a mile away, restaurants and shopping nearby. Quite location and felt very safe. Private backyard with nightly bonfires. Would absolutely rent again!

We loved our time here! Majority of it was spent in the heated pool and hot tub! Although the mornings were cool we quickly submerged in the water which was always above 80 degrees in the pool and heated to our desired temp in the hot tub. So relaxing! The home is well stocked and clean. We highly recommend you stay!

Angela was one of the best hosts. She was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. The house had all the amenities and was very clean. Beautiful home!!

I needed a place close to the sports complex as my son was playing baseball. This home exceeded our expectations! I wish we could have enjoyed the pool, spa and game room but we plan to come back for sure! Being in real estate I’m pretty picky but this home was fantastic! You won’t be disappointed.

The house, and owner, exceeded all my expectations. The pictures do not do justice how beautiful it is. So peaceful. Highly recommend this property if you want to vacation in AZ. I'm already thinking of another trip out there just to stay here!

Our stay was awesome. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were a hit with everyone. We had a wonderful experience and the location was perfect for catching a Dodgers Spring Game. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need.
