Condo was exactly as described and clean! Kitchen was stocked with pans, plates, utensils but has zero basics. No cooking spray, foil, salt or pepper, only one serving of coffee. They did bring salt/ pepper after asking but everything I cooked stuck and was a pain to clean with one sponge.
The bed frame broke but they were able to replace it that day which was helpful.
If you have young kids note there was nothing to play with at the beach. We left some buckets and shovels and a float I hope they keep for the next family. We ended up renting a car to purchase these items but first day was sad for the kiddos.

We had a great week at Fernandina Beach and a nice stay at M6. This unit is on the 6th floor which provided amazing views of the ocean! Be aware that they use streaming for TV (Hulu, Roku etc) and since we don’t have any of those our viewing options were very limited. I couldn’t even watch the World Series which I thought would be available but it wasn’t. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have some options in the evening. Otherwise it was a nice property with a great location!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Amelia Island with another family this past week. The beachfront property was conveniently located in a great part of town and the beach was pristine. The condo was as described, however, it did not seem as though it had been cleaned at all especially the floors. I personally swept the floors myself and after reaching out to the property management group, they promptly came and mopped. The dishwasher also was detached and moving around although still working. Much of what was needed was at the property which was nice but I would most likely not stay here again due to cleanliness.

Had a great time at the condo. The only issue we ran into was issues with 1 of the 2 elevators that kept breaking down. Construction was just finishing up and the last paint strokes on the outside of the building were being applied. Nice, quiet, peaceful! We would be ok with going back again.

I really don’t know where to begin. This property is absolutely incredible! The view is life changing! As for the property itself, it’s extremely clean and welcoming. It’s an end unit as well which is a plus. Stacey was awesome to work with also. The whole process from inception to conclusion is one of the best vacation experiences I’ve had! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend to my favorite beach town! Condo is spacious, clean and super comfy. Couldn't have been better. Check in was easy, access to facilities was great and check out was a breeze.

Great time in Fernandina
Great time on vacation. The condo was lovely, and my only comment would be to dust the ceiling fans and air vent. Very dirty. We masked up around people, got take out or ate outside. Very enjoyable.

Very happy with the condo. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Location on the beach was perfect. Close enough to the sites but far enough away to avoid the crowds.

Negatives - stairway in need of repairs/elevator issues that were not notated properly, sliding balcony door without a blind/curtain (unable to see TV during morning hours)

Wonderful Experience!
We loved our stay in this condo! Everything was perfect - professional and organized communication from beginning to end, property manager was immediately available if needed. The condo location was great - loved the sound of the waves as soon as you open the sliding door. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the view. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, well-stocked, quiet - 6th floor at the end - very nice. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved it! We will return!

Already Looking Forward to Our Next Stay!
The condo was extremely clean and well supplied (but not overly stocked with duplicate/multiple items). We received an electronic guidebook prior to our visit which was very helpful as it contained needed information about the condo and Amelia Island. We had a question about the tv, and Stacy arrived within 30 minutes with the answer. It was so nice having beach chairs, pool towels, and a washer/dryer available. We’ve stayed in many condos, and this one is rated at the top.

Perfect Condo!
Clean, fresh, BEAUTIFUL view, fully stocked with everything you need! Love the clear storm door so that main door could be open but still lock the storm door, have sunlight coming in and see friends who might come to visit:) Condo was bright and welcoming. Porch view of the ocean and beach was so relaxing. Beach and pool access very easy! Love this place and hope to come again soon!

Our stay was very nice. We went to the beach and used the pool. The desk clerk was very helpful.
We loved the property. The trash dumpster is too far away from the building and the stairway areas are too dark. Other than that we have no complaints. I would be very happy to stay there again.
