The property was great had an amazing time there.

The houses were perfect for our large families. It was close enough to feel like the teens were under our supervision but enough space to be able to breathe and have quiet time in one house and not the other. We loved the home feeling if the houses.

The houses were nice. The little soaking pool was the savior since we couldn’t easily make it to the lake and even one person in our group is a marathon runner and said he was “one and done” for trips down and back on the switch back trail on the steep hill to and from the lake. There is only a tiny plank you could stand on at the lake. There is no beach or space to enjoy the lake at all. The bees were awful and two of us were stung. We couldn’t eat outside or then they were much worse since the food attracted them. (The whole reason you go to Chelan is to spend time outside) In one if the houses the sugar ants were so bad that you could leave nothing on the counters. Beings they are so little they got into all the sealed Costco muffins and we had to toss them out. I spent much time prepping food on the kitchen table quickly as to not deal with ants in the food. That’s being said, the air conditioning worked well and parking was great. If you are only going for nice houses with a great view but don’t care to utilize the lake or outdoors spaces much, this is a great place.

Everything was great, as advertised. We had a wonderful time.
The griddle (yes griddle, not grill) was out of gas. The spare tank was defective so we used the small amount from the fire table. I called the property manager Monday and told them about the situation. They told me they would have someone drop off another tank. We ran out of the small amount we had on Thursday. I called the property manager Friday and left a message that we were completely out of propane and I asked them to call me back so I knew they got the message. No call back, no propane, no outdoor cooking.

We had such a fun time there. Plenty of space for families with kids. Thank you for letting us there. Definitely coming back here next year if possible

We were impressed with the accommodations. Lots of space, close to town and the state park. Amazing views from the decks! The only thing we would suggest is to have new cookware. It was hard to cook using pans and utensils that were falling apart. We made it work tho.

Cabins are great for accomplishing large group. The view of the lake Chelan from the cabins is stunning! The pool and the outdoor sitting area is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and had so much fun.

The views at this property are beautiful! The house is a bit outdated and some of the furniture and things are well loved (broken/damage). We had issues connecting to the internet (which we needed for our baby monitor). I did talk to the property manager who at one point told me he would call me back after talking to the cable company, however, we never heard back from him and we were left on our own to figure it out. The pool is nice, but it didn’t seem like the area was clean as there were some big hair balls in the pool, a dental retainer, and food remnants, etc. I would recommend this place for the views and outdoor patio, though!

Great for groups
This spot was perfection for 9 adults & 1 toddler. Baby could be put to bed while all of us were loud in the second house. Stunning views. Reasonable commute to town. Great accommodations for all couples & singles. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location with Amazing views
The 2 houses on one rental were great to provide my Mother and us our own space while spending time together during the day, the pool is the right size and we enjoyed it every day.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. We spent quite a bit of time on the deck. I love that they are separate tax for eating and then one to gather around the pool with family

The house has a great location and has a little bit of everything for everyone. Easy check-in and check-out and John was very responsive.

Amazing time and fantastic property manager
We had both houses for our group and we had a wonderful time. You can't beat the views and the heater pool.
John was very communicative and responsive so he made sure everything was great. Plus, we left our phone there but he made his way out to the property and sent it to us! Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. This property is a no brainer!

Nice but could use some work.
The property had a great view and was nice. The frustration was the dishwashers not cleaning the dishes, so had to wash prior to using for first time as well as after running through the dishwasher.

Picturesque Vacation
Most scenic place that we have been to Very clean...We had a lot of fun in the heated pool..Views were incredible ...would recommend this place for families with kids...

This was a great place to stay at! It did not feel super clean upon arrival and supplies were not restocked but the property manager was very helpful and all went smoothly! This is a beautiful place and we are thankful for our time here.

Gorgeous View
Gorgeous views. As other have said, the trail down to the water is steep. State Park is close for easier access to the lake. Pool is small, bit that didn't bother the kids at all. John was great, very responsive and nice.

Trip Review
The property is beautiful. The pool was great to have. Having 2 cabins for 4 couples to spread out was amazing. We loved the bbq/dining area outside and the views from entire property. The walk to the water was steep and a workout. I wouldn’t recommend for kids. Having the moorage ball was great. We did have trouble with ants in the northern cabin. They were all over the main floor and were unable to get the dishes clean. There was not dish detergent left in the home but we were able to pick some up in town, although dishes never seemed to get clean. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again. The views and space would be hard to beat.

Great house(s) with pool and amazing view
Our group had 8 people, and everyone was comfortable. The houses are spacious and the area around the pool is perfect to hang out (especially in the afternoon, once it gets in the shade but it is still warm). Another reviewer mentioned that the pool is smaller than it looks like in the picture, which is true, but we found the size good enough.
John was a gracious host and even brought us a pizza stone just because I inquired if there was one in the property. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great family or group getaway!
This property was perfect for our ladies weekend away! The location and the view of the lake are amazing! The pool is smaller than it looks online, but it was still nice to have. Having access to the lake was also nice! Some of the dishes were a little dirty when we took them out of the cupboard, but it was easy enough to clean them up before using them. There was plenty of room to spread out between the two houses and everyone had their own space. We would definitely stay here again!

Disrepair
Every dish in the second home had food residue on it in the second home. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by the wires. Handrails on stair case torn from the walls. Railing to a 30 ft drop below held together with duct tape. Outlets not working. Dishwasher not working. No garbage disposal. Refrigerator door sticks open. Stains on the furniture. Bedding was old. The bright spot was the heated pool. For what it costs per night I was shocked at the condition of the home. I don’t write reviews. But this home needs a lot of work. Sorry.
