This property was immaculate. Our family went to Destin for a wedding and this property was perfect to accommodate the entire family. The management notified us immediately about an issue with golf cart and it was fixed the next day. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the beach and golf cart allowed easy transporting all beach bags etc. The pool was perfect with areas to sun and stay out of the sun. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Check in process was a nightmare. I had to reach out multiple times to get the code. Code was suppose to be sent before check in at 4pm. I had to email for the 4th time that day and ask for the code after 4pm. Listing said 7 bedrooms. It’s technically 5 bedrooms. There are two areas of bunk beds and a pull out couch on the second floor. Golf cart and location are nice. I would definitely rent one of these houses again but would use a different company.

The house is perfectly clean and large enough for our large family reunion. The location is fantastic, and the included 6-seat golf cart made trips to the beach or restaurants a breeze. Definitely recommend.

just a short walk to the beach. There was a cart to ride to local places like the winery, Badass coffee and the Thrift Store. I had a ball with9 other women for my birthday.

We were a party of 11 for my daughter's Bach weekend. Although I thought we rented in the 30A beach town area, the area was still a great location. House was a little sparsely supplied compared to our other beach rentals but well laid out for large groups. Beach/pool towels have just become expected when flying in but thankfully there were beach chairs. I would highly recommend this community

The most amazing place! We will definitely be back! It would be nice to have more luggage space near the bunk bed room and maybe some basic salt and pepper seasonings available. Also walked in to a broken ironing board and couldn’t find the iron all weekend but would still 1000% recommend this place. Maintenance responded quickly and Kayla was amazing! Thank you!

Everything was awesome. The house was just as advertised, clean and well stocked. The golf cart, tent and beach chairs were a great bonus. We will be back!

This was my family's second time at this property in 6mnths, we liked it even more than the first time. Stayed in a bigger hse to commidate more people who wanted to come after hearing about the first stay, they were not disappointed. Would differently stay again looking for the hse with the grill outside for the next time.

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. The pictures did not do it justice. The pool, the gold carts and the grills were just the icing on the cake. The location is close to EVERYTHING! We will be back next year.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay!! The house was every bit of what we expected!!! Have been to Destin numerous times and this was by far the best location we’ve ever stayed at!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the house was BEAUTIFUL and so clean! It came with a 6 passenger golf cart, a bunch of beach chairs, umbrella, etc., which was so helpful to have. It only took 3-4 mins to the beach with the golf cart and only took about 8-10 mins if you walked. So great location! The AC on the 3rd floor went out a couple of days after we got there. I called the after hours hotline (around 6pm) and by 8:15pm they had already sent someone out and had it fixed. So that was extremely appreciated!! A few complaints would be that all of the bottom windows were unlocked, which I didn't notice until the next morning after we got there. I wish that was paid more attention to due to safety purposes. Also, wish there was another deadbolt on the front door (again for safety reasons). There was broken glass on the side of the house, brown stuff (assuming chocolate) smeared all over one of the columns, cigarette butts on the 2nd floor patio, the door to the garage wouldn't latch unless deadbolted, and we were given the wrong door code. None of these were deal breakers and can understand how some of these things can be missed when cleaning, especially in such a large house, but things that I'd appreciate the property management company to review.

We loved our stay here it was perfect for our large family. Each adult was able to have a king bed with an esuite bathroom. The kids LOVED the bunk room. Would 100% stay again.

The golf cart was getting repaired and not available. Which made it difficult with small children to walk to beach with all the traffic on that road. The house was wonderful however.

The home was spacious enough for our four families. We loved the huge built-in refrigerator/freezer and outdoor shower. Overall, great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed for cooking and beach going. The kitchen/living room was a great area for everyone to congregate and the bedrooms allowed everyone to have their space. Golf cart was the key to transporting everyone to and from the beach. Tip: Get to the beach early, the public beach parking lot fills up fast. I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Everything about this place was wonderful! We had a large group of 18 and the house had plenty of space for us all. It is really close to the public beach access, Pompano Joes and Bad Ass Coffee shop is a short golf cart drive away! The host was very easy to work with. We made some of the best family memories in this house! Clean and pool was very nice! Every morning there was a cleaning crew at the pool making it ready for the day! Can’t say enough good about this place! What are you waiting for? Book it now!

We were extremely pleased with this rental. We had a large group (5 families), this was perfect for us. The place matched the pictures on the site. The kitchen and living room was a perfect size with plenty of chairs to accommodate us. It was also well stocked with flatware, utensils, and cooking items. The rooms were decent size, I was able to fit my baby’s pack n’ play in the master bedroom. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The bathrooms had enough towels and washcloths for everybody. You need to bring your own toilet paper, each bathroom was stocked with only one roll. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was great. The pool access was great, it was extremely close to the property. We wanted to be closer to the beach, but with 5 families and not booking a year in advance this was the best we could find. Since we had access to the golf cart it was easy. Also, the garage was stocked with beach chairs and tents and other stuff. I didn’t know, or I wouldn’t have have packed any. So, the location was not bad at all. When we had issues the communication was great. The garbage disposal wasn’t working, and as soon as I called there was somebody there within 5 minutes to fix it. I called about the dryer she was going to send somebody the next day but we were leaving so it wasn’t necessary but the response time was great. The only thing I would complain about is they clearly did not mop. The kids feet were really dirty on the first day from just running around downstairs. There wasn’t a mop at the place that we could use, just a broom. We were all extremely pleased with this rental and would definitely stay here again.

Our family LOVED staying at this property and will definitely come back! The house is spacious, lovely decorated, linens are great quality, furniture is beautiful and the kitchen/dining area were perfect for our family dinners. We are already planning our next trip!

Had family across the country meet and stay at this property. Was a perfect arrangement for our large group. There were plenty of local activities for all age groups. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for beach fun. The community pool and grill area was fantastic. Check-in was a breeze and the amenities plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Me & my 3 brothers and their families 1st annual staycation.

Beautiful home with plenty of space & close (walking distance) to the beach! We had 6 kids (ages 15-7) and 6 adults. The kids had a whole floor to themselves with a separate living room and the adults took the upper floor, worked out perfectly! Appreciated that all 6 bedrooms had its own bathroom, the main level had a 1/2 bath. The 6 seater golf cart was nice too. I would recommend bringing hand soap if you plan on staying more than a few days, the bar of soap provided doesn’t last long. The fridge and freezer are quite large. Having 2 laundry rooms was nice. Driveway was big enough to fit all 3 of our vehicles. Pool was right across the street. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including storage containers for leftovers. Kids & adults had a blast!

This property was Amazing!!! The house was Beautiful, very clean with excellent Decor. The bedrooms were huge and it included all the amenities one could ask for with a golf cart included. My family had so much fun in this home and made great memories . We were right around the corner from the beach. We will definitely be back next year. Best home we’ve rented. This is a MUST HAVE Vacation home.

Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provide privacy for large groups. The community space offers multiple “Green Egg” grills, a large covered area, TVs, comfortable seating alongside the pool. Property location is one mile to the beach and one mile to incredible shopping. The 6 person golf cart is a nice benefit. We used it a lot! Our Host through Destin Luxury Beach Rentals, was very accommodating.

The property was perfect, and maintenance was a great help because we checked in after business hours. We had to contact maintenance for our house code, but no problem at all.

Wonderful stay! House was perfect, clean and the golf cart was the bomb!! Would purchase some pot holders for the kitchen 😉
