I stayed a week for my husband's 50th birthday party. There were 17 of us, ranging in age from 3 to 72. The house was perfect for a party that size. Cora and Johnny were fabulous to work with. Even after we left and a portion of our group was stranded in Belize City airport, Cora offered her help. We had 2 meals catered to, and they were good. I had her make a cake for my husband's birthday, which was to DIE for. Best cake ever! We did Lamanai one day and did the boat ride. Joe was a great guide. The day was very long for the littles. We did a private beach day for my husband's birthday. It was super windy, but Johnny and the team did a great job to find a less windy spot, and it was the perfect day. All and All, couldn't have rented a better place for the celebration!

The entire family, regardless of age, enjoyed our stay ai the Villa. The younger group enjoyed exploring San Pedro and the surrounding neighborhood. Our tours with Johnny and crew were especially enjoyable. Cora was always available and willing to assist us. Jorge did a great job of picking up after us. Thank you for the memories.

This place with all the bedrooms fit our family perfectly. The water toys were a nice amenity, would have used them more if the weather had cooperated. The place is stunning. Beautiful, durable furniture, beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is perfect for cooling off in on the hot afternoons after you've been out all day. I sat by the pool enjoying the view every morning with my coffee. I wish I was still there just looking out at the sea and where the waves break over the reef. The only down side of note is that we would have loved the option to have paid extra $$ to have enough toilet paper for the week and to not have to worry about hauling the drinking water in.

From the initial booking until the day we left the property, the owner and property manager took great care of our group of 14. Our group flew in from 5 different US states. The property manager, Cora, took care of the small plane ride reservations from BEZ to San Pedro and back to BEZ. With Tropic Air. Travel on San Pedro is interesting, no cars on island, only golf carts which Cora took care of our reservations. They met us at the airport and made sure we got to the property. Its only 4.5 miles but its through town and over about 20 speed bumps. We arrived in 4 separate groups due to flights and were greeted by the property manager. It was seamless and very well-planned by Cora. The villa was actually much better than the online pictures. It was clean and spacious as our group was never cramped for space. We rented the main house and the Hollow Tree Casita on property. We arrived late on Saturday and opted to have Cora arrange for some groceries and beer to be at the property when we arrived. As for the property we did not have any problems during our week long stay. The grounds keeper kept the beach clean and the trash removed daily. Our main activity was diving and lots of it. The property has its own dive instructor-tour operator, Johnny. He took care of equipment rentals, nitrox, and dive sites we wanted to visit. Best part is you have your own dive boat!!!!! Dives were great and we saw an abundant of sea life (sharks, turtles and dolphins). Johnny also arranged deep sea fishing, cave tubing, Mayan Temple tours and zip-lining on the main island. The property manager and owner did an awesome job with all the new COVID-19 regulations which seem to change daily. The property was sanitized and all staff wore masks. We felt completely safe while on property. Since the US decided to require mandatory COVID-19 test to re-enter the US, and Hawaii’s ridiculous policy, Cora arranged for COVID tests to be done on property. This saved a huge amount of time and aggravation trying to navigate an unknown health system. It also did not take away from vacation time. Overall, the group had a great time and truly appreciated the hard work of Cora, Johnny (and Alex), and the staff in making it a great vacation. The property owner stayed in contact during the booking period and when we were on property to make sure everyone was taken care of and had a great time. I have never had a property owner care about his guests as much as he did.
