Very impressed with the layout of this house. It was clean and quiet. Great location. Will stay again in the future.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week 2023 and had a wonderful time. The property is perfect, with a large yard and beautiful pool in the back. Chrissy the host was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely be back!

We had 11 people and a dog staying for 5 days. There was plenty of room for everyone especially with the addition of the In-law suite with full kitchen. The place was very clean, pool was amazing and the location was perfect. Quick drive to sarasota, long boat key and siesta key. Plenty of beach amenities to use. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here while on vacation celebrating my mother-in-law's 50th birthday and had a blast! Space: There were 8 of us (3 couples + 2 young adults). We had the perfect amount of space without feeling too crammed. It was also nice that there was a separate cottage attached if anyone were to need their own space. Cleanliness: Everything was clean, including the pool and showers. I usually get grossed out showering in places other than my own, but I was not. Host: Very good with communication and can tell they care about their guests. Location: It is about a 15 minute drive from both Lido Beach and Siesta Beach. They provided a list of recommended restaurants, we tried a couple of them and they were amazing! Other: We had all of the items that we needed - kitchen utensils, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We did stop before we got there for more paper towels and toilet paper since we had such a large group and were there for 6 nights. Overall, I would highly recommend this, especially for groups or couples vacationing together!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend in Sarasota celebrating my Dad’s 90th birthday. Friends and family flew in from across the country and John and Chrissy’s place was perfect for our two families. Cottage #1 gave our young adults privacy and the three bedrooms in Cottage #2 gave us plenty of room for everyone else. Loved having a full kitchen so thoughtfully stocked and the beautiful pool gave us a place for everyone to hang out together and decompress after all the activities. The property was spotless, easy to find and was a great home for the weekend. Thank you!!

We don't think photos do justice to the cottages. The place was great! We loved it! It was close to the beach, stores & restaurants. The pool was great for the kids when we came back from the beach so the adults could get cleaned up or work on dinner. Definitely will look to stay here again if we have the same amount of people. John was absolutely great!

We loved this house and the location was perfect for us. Close to everything, the beaches are around 15 minutes away. The house is set up so nicely, we were able to give the teens their own space, they were over the moon with the kitchenette and their own living room. The pool was our spot in the evenings, everyone loved it. I had lots of questions and the owner responded quickly to all of them. We will be booking this spot again in the future!

My family and I had a great time at this property for a recent long weekend. There were 8 of us and plenty of space between the Main House and cottage. The pool was a bonus! We liked the location because went to several different beaches on different keys and this property felt centrally located. The guest book provided was helpful as well. We tried several of the suggestions and were not disappointed. John and Chrissy were amazing house and if we plan to be in the area again, we will stay here! Thank you for your hospitality! This place was so great, and Chrissy was extremely kind and helpful. The house is well appointed, the pool is relaxing, the location was easy for us to get to, and our entire family had a great time. We were grateful for this family trip! Only good things to say!

A relaxing environment. The cottages offered enough space to spread out yet enjoy together time too. The private space by the pool was quite an oasis. I would love to return to this property.

This place was beautiful. Serene in the backyard with the pool. Easy access back into to the house for snacks and drinks. Good location to Sarasota and the surrounding area. Panera two minutes away. Plenty of parking with a curved driveway. The information books for the area were very helpful. 10 to 20 minutes to the Sarasota Airport.

I have to say loved everything about this house. Went for my sons 19th birthday with family and friends and can’t wait to go back. The owners are amazing and respond right away. I highly recommend this rental.

We rented this amazing home with cottage for a Diva retreat. Everything you want and need to make you feel at home is provided. The pool is everything...made the vacation even better. We will definitely be planning another Diva event here. The host is pretty cool 😎 too. Thanks

We loved staying here. The location is perfect and it was just enough room for everyone. Chrissy alwas very kind and responded very fast with any questions we had.

Nice and quiet place with alot of space for bug families traveling together. A/C was cold and beds were extremely comfortable. 15 minute drive to Lido Beach. Owners were responsive and check in was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend and will try to book again when we return to Sarasota.

Our family, along with some of our son’s friends, gathered for our family vacation and also to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday late due to his college baseball schedule. This home away from home had it all, and then some! Very clean, great location and the owners were quick to respond/react when there were minor issues that needed attention. We would highly recommend this rental!!!

My son got married on the beach. My wife, two daughters and their husbands and five grandchildren (9 to 16) stayed in the house for the long weekend. Plenty of room.Plenty of privacy. Great pool especially without nearby neighbors so the pool was in use till midnight anddid not disturb anyone. Super clean. TVs in every room. We rented the entire "duplex" so we had two kitchens and three full bathsall connected. My wife was pleased and THAT says everything!

The entire experience was five stars. Clean house, yard and pool. We would come back next time we are in town. My little one had her floatie on before I could unload one thing from the van.
