I was born and raised in Milwaukee but currently live in Georgia. The Renaissance is my go to when I'm visiting "home" convenient location always clean and very comfortable!

Pay parking , no specific instructions on breakfast location, how operate the lights in the room(key card had to be inserted while in the room)and housekeeping staff not checking the availability of tissue on roll ( May I suggest leave an extra roll in the room).

They’re trying to be too high tech with the room. Never did quite figure out the card operated lighting. some lights in the room operated while others (bedside) didn’t.

I like it everything is a really Good place ! Good Staff service. the Restaurant is Amazing! Good Brunch Good job!

Service in the restaurant were very slow, only 2 person to serve more 20-25 guests. it took us on an average one and a half hours stay order to finish our breakfast. Not worth staying for business. No complimentary wifi and water bottle

Over priced. The room was nice, but didn’t have extra bedding or pillows in the room for the pull out couch.

I loved how beautiful and elegant our stay was.

I didn't like how booking.com told me a price and then I paid more than that. Also I never got my receipt or anything.

we were traveling with teens and our rooms were not together. The front desk did attempt to put us closer which was nice however their room had a strong odor-the front desk switched their room but the 2nd room had food in the fridge from the previous guest. My room was spacious but not super clean- looked like white mop water was all around the base of the room and small end table.

I don’t like any thing about Wisconsin , but when I booked this room . My mind changed about downtown Milwaukee. I will come back but I will only come back for this. I loved everything thing about this hotel ! The room was great up to date decor!!! That’s very important to me!! The hotel had a magnificent restaurant downstairs . Breakfasts or dinner it’s doesn’t matter ,amazing bar also . If you like quality this is definitely a good quality Hotel . everything was in distance to the hotel Dave & Buster’s, mall is in the parking lot ,food , bars , the stadium great location. !!!

Only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t have a microwave in the room it was down the hall. Also no pool.
