First trip to Milwaukee for a long weekend. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was great having a fenced in yard for our pups. I had one question when checking in and Mike was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here and if we ever return to the area we would love to stay here again. Thank you!!

Rented the house from Mike to have a little family reunion and visit the Wisconsin State Fair. House is in a quiet neighborhood in western Wauwatosa and close to amenities. The house comfortably fit all six of us and we felt right at home. Thank you, Mike, for letting us borrow your home.

The house was exactly as described, there were no problems. It felt like entering your own home. In the mornings I would spend time on the enclosed porch, the landscape was very relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet day and night. Mike would respond in a timely manner to any concerns. I would definitely recommend this property and I would gladly stay there again.

Very clean home in a good neighborhood. Good beds and linens. We’ll equipped home and it even has a pool table. Fenced yard perfect for your fur baby or children. Easy drive or Uber to downtown and great restaurants right there In Wauwatosa. Definitely will stay again!

This comfortable home was in a safe, clean, quiet community. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and the venues we visited for graduation ceremonies and festivities. The host was available and responded to our questions and needs.

Loved staying at this property. We were in town, unfortunately, for a funeral. The spaciousness of the property and the attention to detail enabled us to welcome family and celebrate our loved one’s life together. Wonderful experience.

This was a return visit to the area for our dog's 8 week post surgery visit. This has been our comfortable home away from home. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Owner very friendly and responsive. Next visit for fun.

This is a great home. We had a stressful time with our dog having surgery, but your home provided us a comfortable place to relax.
A comfortable neighborhood to walk in. We used the master bedroom and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Overall you have a very well equipped home. Thank you for allowing dogs. You were very responsive. No complaints.
A couple of things to consider...a thermostat that the renter can easily control to the temps they are comfortable with. I didn't ask you for it, but having the garage door key code would have been more convenient than going around to the front door each time to enter and exit.

The information on this house is accurate but it does not do it justice. The house is very comfortable, and I was amazed at how serene the neighborhood is. I did not know that it could be that peaceful in an urban/suburban setting and still be just minutes from many places people visiting Milwaukee would be interested in going to. I really enjoyed sitting in the screened porch and open patio. This house is in a lovely area to walk or bicycle in as well. Mike was very accomodating and was easy to reach with questions. I would absolutly stay here when visiting Milwaukee again. Thank you so much Mike for sharing your home.

Had such an amazing time! Very nice home & the best host! We didn’t know much about Wauwatosa (‘Tosa) but found that to exceed our expectations as well! Thank you for your rental…. It was just what the doctor ordered!

Needed a place to feel like home for a weeklong work conference
Had a weeklong work conference in Milwaukee and brought my wife, 2 daughters and parents. Wanted a nice little quiet neighborhood close to the parks and the zoo. This home had it all.
There were some decoration items we had to move so the girls wouldn’t get into them. But we had a great time.

Mike’s place was conveniently located, easy to get to downtown Milwaukee as well as places in Wauwatosa. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved all the chargers - what a plus! The backyard was pleasant - too cold to use it much but in warmer weather wouldd be great. We’d stay again!

Great weekend in Tosa
Friends and I were in town for 4 nights of WSMFP at the Riverside. House was awesome and comfortable. Host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Host gave great recommendations on local meat market and gold course. Would definitely book here again

Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was clean and just as description said. Nice having a pool table and thr grill to cook steaks!
