The staff is always so kind and helpful. And being from a small town, I feel safe at Aloft.

the showers need a shelf for guests to place their razor, shampoo, face cream, whatever... i know the dry bar is already there, but someone might not like it/want to use that brand, and even if they do, there is still no spot to place items pp bring into the shower. no real place to put your suitcase. small area with hangers If someone likes it totally dark to sleep, the bathroom sink nightlight is annoying. i had to cover up with towels

-super close to the event at the stadium and had multiple food options for quick meals close to the hotel without having to get back on main road -front desk was friendly and house keeping was great

- walls are super thin, we could literally hear the neighbors opening their blinds every morning -there is no “room” for the bathroom. shower and toilet are tucked away and a sliding door closes it off so not full privacy . the sink is outside the door so every-time you use the bathroom you have to touch the door to open it to get to the sink to wash hands

The whole hotel is beautiful and is immaculate. It's almost hard to tell that anyone had stayed in the room before we did. The bar is beautiful and the outside deck with live music was so much fun! Loved it! It was cozy with couches and a couple of fires. The interior of the bar was adorned with velvet couches.. very modern.

I didn't like that at 830am the housekeeper was knocking on the door to see if we had checked out or not. Super rude! I'd suggest the "do not disturb" sign since they come before it's even check out time.

Location for our needs was good. Had to pay extra for breakfast that wasn't that good.

Rooms need more hooks to hang things, always searching where to put something. Also, horrible acoustics in the room with the sliding barn door for the bathroom, you can hear everything your roommate is doing, not always great, turned up the volume on the tv...

I booked through booking .com was suppose to be $129.00 was charged $180.00 at the hotel

It was very loud. you could hear to much from other rooms. We travelled with our dog and were charged $50 extra. that does not bother me accept that they stick all the people with dogs and little kids in the same part of the hotel right next to each other. They made us feel like second class citizens after charging us $50 extra. They did nothing to make the dog feel welcome and there’s no place to walk them at all.
