Hyatt House was a perfect hotel for my husband and I. Clean, comfortable, convenient, it fit our needs perfectly. And very nice complimentary breakfast.

The ambience, people, amenities were excellent. Disappointment was I couldn’t earn points, as I did not book directly with the hotel, but through hotels.com. Please fit this issue. It unreal and unjust. I stayed for 8days.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. This facility is is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. This property was very clean, the room was amazing. The beds were comfortable. I loved everything about this property. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place. One of the most complete gyms I have seen in a long time. Staff are super friendly and the happy hour is chill and good beer is available. Breakfast is top notch!

Room was much bigger than expected. Loved the pool and the walking trail nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. Was an overall wonderful experience.

Waited 20 minutes before check-in even acknowledged me. They were chit chatting in the side office. Never ever came out to check. There was a gentleman in line before is and said he'd been waiting ocer 25 minutes and no one ever came out to help him either. Finally my boyfriend stepped into the office to tell them we needed assistance.
We liked the location it was close to the concert venue. Room were nice only issue was the carpets in and outside the rooms were filthy. Overall experience not worth the money. Overpriced in my opinion

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unit was not as clean. A few trash was left on side of mini fridge. Glasses still had lipstick stain on it. Sliding door in the bathroom was stuck.

Sheets And covers on the bed were dirty Shower door was broken. They did not have the room I booked, which was a king size bed and they gave me two queen size and claimed to have upgraded me and they’re not charging which is weird because I believe a king size is an upgrade from a queen not the other way around.

We were passing through on a family vacation. This has been my favorite hotel so far. I like that the pull out sofa was in a separate area from the beds, and that there was a bar in the lobby.

Pretty site just by a small river, also by the highway but shielded by tall trees. Sound proofing from the highway was adequate, but I was surprised by dog noises and barking from behind my headboard ( neighbor pet friendliness would have been better with more between-room soundproofing)

Loved the Hyatt Place. In town for a music festival at OSU stadium. Very walkable for the football stadium. Breakfast very good. Nice little bar. Exercise room was good. Overall very pleased.

I came with my handicapped father and teenage son. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette, large TV with lounge space including corner couch & accommodated private sleep space and board game time for all of us. Breakfast buffet was terrific

Wonderful stay. Breakfast was nice. Gym is really nice. Pool is a salt water pool. Great experience. Be back nect year.

Everything was great besides the mattress. It was awful. Soft, felt like it was completely broken down and squeaked every time you moved. No idea how the mattress could be that bad in a hotel that knew. There was also a terrible squeaking sound coming from the air conditioning unit every time the fan. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was great, everything was clean and pleasant.
