The staff tried to make the best of it

Smelly, stuffy room, windows could not be opened. Loose and broken sockets. You should get money for the overnight stay instead of paying for it.

Room was clean and comfortable.. plenty towels

Parking was a little crowded.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors both had low battery’s so they chipped and went off every hour at night AND at night baby roaches were in the bathroom running around!!!

nothing at all! we had selected pay at property and thought we were good! had already let them know ahead of time we would be running late for check in at roughly 7pm! well at 630 we get a call stating they were having issues running our card! I stayed I would not be paying til we arrived! I lock my card on trips and only unlock it when I am about to use it to prevent fraud! the lady told me i needed to give her the payment over the phone or she was cancelling my room! by then i was only 20 min away and stated I would be there in about 15 min! we had been on road for 6 hours and just wanted to get there, pay and relax for bit! this was our anniversary trip/ work weekend and we were tired! so we get there and go to pay for room she stated our room was cancelled! my husband was talking to her and was like we have been on road for 6 hours and just want to pay and relax! welllllll… SHE STATED THAT WAS NOT HER PROBLEM!!! glad my husband was the one talking to her because I would have flipped the hell out!!! he told me let’s just go! we got a Room at Microtel and it was GREAT!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Room not up to expectation. Run down walls and ceilings.

No coffee facility in the room. Towels and bath towels as coarse as sandpaper. No telephone. Tv remote worked when it wanted too.

Absolutely nothing.it was filthy and not at all like pictured. Of course there was no refund i ended up staying 1 day and getting a different hotel

There was roaches a gap under the door. The tub was black the wall sockets were out the mattress was disgusting
