Not ENOUGH breakfast. The restroom in the was dirty the ac wasn’t working properly. Disappointed

Our room was not clean so they offered to switch but switched to a smaller room, then that room was dirty too. They switched to a 3rd room and it worked out.

Elevator and hallways are always hot. Room AC was reported not working but still booking the room anyways without repair.

The room was very clean and to include the obvious- sheets,towels and shower. Towels were given to us right at our front door. Breakfast was very good. We will return in the fall.

Broken elevator, personally we had to get moved due to the tv not working and also the ac being broken.

checking in was easy peasy, staff was friendly and caring. breakfast was hearty.

pool was green. I have a pool, I know it’s some work to maintain, and I can’t imagine how the salty air affects the ph and alkalinity.

bed was comfortable

Bathroom had hair all over the shower floor. Blood stains on shower curtain as well as odor on it. shower curtain was obviously not changed out. body wash bottle was empty. spider webs on the window. dead bug was smashed on wall and was not wiped off. But this next was outrageous. We had conjoined rooms and in between the conjoining doors there were nails exposed coming up from the floor. And my sons foot was impelled with the nails.

It was a quite stay

I Was charged double for a room that was canceled from booking agent, now I'm having to Dispute charge on the room

The room wasn't cleaned yet at check-in time, when we finally got to check in@345pm restroom wasn't clean 100%. We showered, went out, and when we returned, found that our TV had no cable or channels of any kind. Went to front desk and all they did was give me new remote. Of course that didn't work. So when was time to relax and maybe watch movie. Had to watch on our phone. Very displeased and dissatisfied.

Conveniently located near the event I was attending. The included breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The mattress was too soft for my preference and I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The TV in the sitting area had so signal and an annoying screen saver that rotated around the screen all night which made sleeping difficult. It was remedied quickly while I was out the next day, however.

It is a nice hotel and in a great location. The rooms were nice and comfortable, they were easy to keep cool. Thankful for the laundry facilities after a fishing trip.

It was extremely hot in the 2nd floor hallway. I could only imagine how warm the upper floors were. The shower door was missing part of the seal so water leaked everywhere. Shower head didn’t have good pressure except on the “massage” setting, it was painful. Not a ton for breakfast choices either.
