The house had a good location with a calming sea view and nice spots around for water sports. The area was very authentic and the house outdoor space is perfect for BBQs and dinners for the group with a great pool.

We had a flood on one of the nights from the bathroom due to a faucet malfunction and we had to stay up all night dealing with this to stop the water from going into the bedrooms - we had to cut the water on the property for few hours and have to deal with plumbers until noon before we got back access to use the bathroom and the water in the villa - We reached out to the property to ask for compensation or any gesture for this inconvenience and the reply was very rude stating that it was ok as they dealt with it and we were only left without water for few hours ( around 10 hrs) very unprofessional.

We had a very good holiday thanks to this home, it is light, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool and has an amazing view of the lighthouse and the sea. It's an hour away from Palma de Mallorca by car and is located between a lot of nice beaches, all within a 30 minute drive. In front of the house is small walking path to a very nice view between the rocks, this didn't bother us too much, but it's nice to know when you suddenly see people walking behind the pool.

The beds and hygiene were a let down unfortunately, the kitchen was sticky in the drawers, the beds were not so comfy, and the house shows a lot of wear and tear if you look beyond the first wow of the views. The first day there was also a sewer smell, this quickly dissipated after the second day though.
