This property is just beautiful, newly updated and clean. This is our yearly tradition with our family. Owners are always available and easy to work with. Activities for all ages so great with growing families or a quiet get away for a couple or small group.

We travel a lot. Lots of hotels. Even more property rentals and this one was easily the best accommodations we’ve had!! My husband, teen and I wanted to spend Easter weekend with our in-laws in Georgia and this little piece of heaven seemed like the perfect place to do so! And it was!! We walked in to an immaculately clean home (and we are super picky) and to a sweet welcome basket, fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING we needed and more, bathroom with extra toilet paper (that rarely happens in rentals), extra towels, beach towels, extra linens, laundry pods, dish detergent…I mean EVERYTHING! And everyone had their own space. Now, onto the view and the outdoor amenities! Every room has a view of the lake, we enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit and fishing (with provided fishing rods) from the dock. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Mall of Georgia is literally an exit away, which made my teen very happy! If you’re on the fence about booking, get off and do it!! You will not regret it. We are already planning our next visit back!! Thank you!

The property was much more open than I realized from the pictures. Beautiful rooms with large comfy beds. I loved how they had so many things labeled and organized. The home was clean as can be. The view of the lake is like nothing I've ever experienced. You are the corner lot right on the lake. The kids had a blast swimming and using the pedal boat. The dock has nice shade if you want to just watch the action and not get wet. There were plenty of the main essentials, pots and pans, and even a lovely welcome basket that happened to include a few things we definitely forgot :) I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway.

This is a beautiful lakehouse with plenty of room for an entire family. Great views of the water from every room in the house. The dock is a perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Very clean and owners are very accommodating. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful time at this lakehouse. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great for us. Love the privacy of the back yard and the dock and cove are awesome. Property owners were very responsive and helpful.

This was a comfortable and cozy place for my friends and I. Great views and even better place to have sunset dinners!!! It was clean and classy place with a good decor.

From the moment we stepped in the front door to the breathtaking view to the phenomenal personalized welcome basket, to the clean, comfotable bedrooms and lovely bath amenities, state of the art appliances, open gathering spaces and serene, gathering oriented, screened patios..perfection!

This home and location was perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids. The lake setting made for the perfect backdrop.

The home, location, and cleanliness of this property was absolutely unparalleled. Everything was beautiful and well kept up. My only qualm with the property was with interactions we had with the owner’s spouse and the landscaping. So we’ve had this rental booked for months, and our stay was from Thursday - Saturday. On Friday morning, as we’re all getting ready (it was myself and my bridesmaids getting ready for my wedding) the owner’s husband came to the home (which was sort of jarring to all of us because we didn’t know who this person was and he’s not pictured in the owner’s VRBO profile). He advised that the second driveway was available for use, which was considerate, but then told us that landscapers would be coming that morning. As a result, as we’re getting ready the absolutely deafening sound of landscaping filled the home, accompanied by random people all over the property as we were getting ready. We were all taken quite aback as to why the property owners couldn’t have scheduled landscapers on another day when they didn’t have guests, as again we had the space booked for at least 4 months prior. That whole experience just made our stay more chaotic than we would have liked, which is the only reason the property is receiving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, again, the home is absolutely stunning, it is very clean, and the views are stunning.

This home caught my eye when I was looking for a home to rent in Burford, GA near Lake Lanier Island. This home was very accommodating for my family of 6 adults and 2 children ages 3. There are 4 bedrooms, each bedroom has a king size bed, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom also has a glass door that opens up to a screened in porch area that has 4 rocking chairs and a table for you to sit out and enjoy the beautiful views. From every room in the house you can see the sun glistening off of the lake. The living room and the great room are spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need to bake or cook a meal. The dock set up was perfect, we rented a boat from Aquasport's and enjoyed the views of the lake. Our hosts Teresa and Patti were very accommodating and easy to communicate with, from booking to checkout, taking extra steps to make our stay extra special. Thank you for being so thoughtful and accommodating. Your home is Beautiful!! Every one of my family members said they would love a return visit to your home.

Teresa & Patti's home is absolutely gorgous! Photos don't do it justice. We spent most of our time out on the dock (even in the rain!). I cannot say enough amazing things about this home. It was truly an amazing weekend away.

Our group of 6 adults had a great stay. The upstairs 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen are laid out perfectly. We rented a boat. The dock was easy to get into and out of. The dock is also easy to swim from if you dont have a boat. The house has a beautiful view of the lake from multiple directions. The furnishings were beautiful. The house and property are well kept and easy to get to. 10 minutes to grocery store and restaurants. There is a second apartment in the downstairs I believe but the owner assured no one was using it so we had the whole property to ourselves. We highly recommend this property.

We had a very relaxing stay at this house, and it had everything we could have needed! For us, the best part was the amazing dock! The house also easily accommodated two families, with 4 bedrooms, each with a king bed. Great location too, very easy to get to from Atlanta.

This was the perfect rental for us! We booked for 4 days for us, my daughter and her bridesmaids. The family living area worked perfectly for Family cocktails and bridesmaids brunch. After the wedding is was so nice to sit on the screened in porch and just rehash the whole weekend. Will definitely book this home again and the communication with owners was unsurpassed!!

Our group loved every inch of this house! This house is prefect for a girls weekend. The dock was a wonderful spot for us to drink our morning coffee. The screened porch was awesome for late evening talks. The location was idea for morning runs. The house is close to Château Elan and several restaurants. The only regret, we did not get a chance to enjoy that lovely fire pit.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this lake property and it won’t be our last. We love the house and it’s location on the lake.

This was our second stay having a family vacation at this property. Cannot say enough good things. Gorgeous house. The layout of the house is great for a large group. Everyone gets their own king size bed and bathroom. The large closets are perfect for pack and plays for the younger kids. Great kitchen, which is fully stocked. Daily focal point for the family was the dock. Easy access from the house and a great place for all day swimming. Communication with the owners was flawless. All in all, we had an excellent stay and will definitely be back again.

This was a treat to be in nature like this- just looking out at the lake was enough for a truly relaxing time. The inside of the house was also very beautiful and cozy! Thank you!

Wow! The property and house are amazing! The location of the house can't be beat. The cove is not too crowded and you are a quick boat ride to every where. There is a reason you see 80+ five star reviews for this house. The layout is fantastic and the views can't be beat. The owners are very responsive. Very clean! AC works amazing in this June heat. The home was beautiful and the views from every room were fantastic! Between the 2-car garage and long driveway there was plenty of room to park several vehicles. The hosts were so easy to work with and readily available. I highly recommend this home if you want to be right on the lake and have amazing views!

This was our second stay at this home because we love it so much! Very beautiful, relaxing atmosphere.

We travel often, and are VRBO owners ourselves, and this was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had. The house was perfect for our adult family members and I loved having the one Jack-and-Jill bathroom to share with my kids. The house is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location is delightful too - quiet neighborhood with perfect lake views and easy accessibility. We loved the lake, of course, and had an amazing time on all of the decks and dock. We had space to all be together and plenty of places to retreat when needed. We were able to have Instacart groceries delivered as we arrived and get Ubers when we went out. The only thing we will change for the next trip is to bring our boat!
