Great place to stay in Uptown Sedona -- 10 min walk (max) to all the uptown shops and dining options. Nice views of red rocks right from the property! Would definitely recommend for a small group!

We came for a four-night visit, with plans to do some hiking and shopping. The location was just perfect! the Sedona Beer Company brewpub is literally right next door, and some of the best restaurants and shopping is a two minute walk down the street. Everything in Uptown Sedona was easily accessible on foot.
The house is cozy, with memory foam mattress toppers, nice Roku TVs in both bedrooms, and the softest bath towels I've ever felt on vacation. The two bedrooms are a little small, but adequate. The pull out sofabed was good for my 11 year old. The kitchen was great, gas stove and oven, all the pots and pans you need, and a fully stocked spice rack (olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the pantry). Washer and dryer came in very handy, easy to use and effective. The hot tub was just absolutely a perfect way to unwind after hiking, or to spend some time getting warm when it was actually cold out. Only caveat is that it definitely would not have fit one more body (there were four of us, two kids, two adults, all pretty small), but it worked for our group.
The gated side yard that this house shares with a couple other rentals was such a bonus. My son loved playing horseshoes and ladder golf (or whatever it's called), and the chairs out there were perfect for lounging in the afternoon sun.
I would rent again here any time.

Just blocks from the downtown commercial or looking out our north window to see the red rock of Sedona, our stay was perfect. Within driving distance to any where we wanted to go and within walking distance of downtown. Great hosts. Fun place to be.

What a great 2 bedroom home. Excellent spot. I love Uptown! Walkable to shops, food, Pink Jeep and a few trail heads. Super clean and well appointed kitchen. And the view … tough to beat!

This property was very nice. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all perfect for vacation. The house is updated with plenty of room and flows well. The hot tub is an excellent perk also! It's easy to navigate to and around the corner from a local brew house/ restaurant with delicious food.

Exploring Arizona. Sedona was home-base for adventures in the area. Vrbo property was completely as advertised. Very nice home close to many things in walking distance. Hot Tub 🔥 was nice!

This home is so perfectly located. Walking distance to uptown shopping and restaurants. Home is extremely clean, well stocked and the beds were sooo comfortable. It was an added bonus to use the hot tub after a hike. The views out of the kitchen and living windows were amazing. Taylor was so professional, kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year.

My wife, 11 year old and daughter enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room, great kitchen and loved the jacuzzi. Location was perfect for walking downtown and located very near a brewery. Great stay.

Clean and comfortable with everything you need and easy walking distance to town. Enjoy Sedona beer co next door and elote cafe for dinner. Kitchen is well stocked, laundry and hot tub are great to have. Actually didn’t use the backyard much but if we had our dog we would have. Fit 4 adults with a teen on the pull out couch.

The location was perfect, great views, and with in walking distance to a brewery, and multiple shops/restaurants. 5-15 min drive to multiple hiking trails. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

House was well appointed with many small but important features such as big fluffy towels, coffee pods, very comfortable beds, kitchen set up and utensils, big TV, makeup remover wipes … so close to town so no issues trying to park during peak hours. Great place for two couples!

This property was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to town and next door to the Sedona Beer Co! The amenities were very thought out. The only this I would recommend is a full length mirror. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Sedona House for a week and were pleased with every aspect of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was spotless. We loved being able to walk to town, and the farthest hiking trailhead was only a 20-minute drive from the house. Taylor was quick to respond to communications. Hope to return in the future!

This little house perfectly suited our needs.
We walked up the road to some great hiking trails and down the road to restaurants and town. We enjoyed the 2 person hot tub each morning and having a garage was convenient. We will rent again if we return to Sedona.

The place was very cozy and comfortable and it was stocked with all the essentials. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious garage was really nice since we had a medium sized SUV.

My family had an amazing stay at Taylor’s property! It’s a really cute place in a super convenient location. It’s a quick walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again. The check in process was quick and simple and we were able to check in a little early, which was greatly appreciated!

Absolutely loved our stay with Taylor. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was equipped with absolutely everything you need. In addition, it was walking distance to all of the uptown restaurants and shops which came in clutch during Labor Day Weekend when parking was hard to come by. We would 100% come back again. Quiet but central location and lovely property
We came to Sedona to do some hiking and relax. We did both. The property was very well-appointed, super clean and the host had paid attention to small details that made the property homey. The private driveway was very nice as were the linens and it was so nice to have a place that felt like a home rather than two beds in a room. Would definitely book this again if coming to Sedona.

Well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood blocks from lively upper Sedona.
Hot tub with Red Rock views was our favorite amenity. Some trailheads less than a mile from the house. Garage a real perk. People watching, food and drink access of Upper Sedona was lots of fun. The backyard features are shared with the other 4 units providing a social experience.
