Das ganze hat uns sehr gefallen

Das Personal im Ersatz Hotel war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Schlechte Kritik soll nicht auf das Ersatz Hotel fallen sondern auf das Maison del Sole. Wenn die Buchung aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht funktioniert, sollte man im Vorfeld die Chance bekommen ein anderes gleichwertiges zu wählen, oder die Option die Buchung kostenlos zu stornieren.

Leider wurden wir in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht, obwohl wir bereits über ein halbes Jahr im Voraus das Hotelzimmer gebucht hatten. Das andere Hotel hatte bei weitem nicht die Standards, welche wir uns erhofft und für welche wir auch bezahlt hatten. Das Ersatz Hotel war bereits in die Jahre gekommen und es war nicht so sauber. Die WC Spülung funktioniere teilweise nicht....

We were rebooked to Hotel Monastetri which was wonderful. Amazing pool area and beautifully designed.

Check-in at 17.00-20.00pm and check-out at 10.00 am, is not so convenient for customers, as also 1 day stay will indicate about 14 hours accommodation. Personnel not so polite and always keep saying “this is our hotel’s policy”. Breakfast is poor. No bar opened for the last 2 years, so e.g. coffee can be served only during breakfast. Reception personnel available for about 6 hours every day, while no assistance available during rest hours. Lastly, we stayed 4 nights and no clean towels were given.

The hotel was clean and modern and fresh! The decor and grounds were exceptional! We were.

Very nice staff and very clean place

Fragrance in the room and in the hotel in general was too strong and not pleasant. Jacuzzi was not working due to maintenance without a notice. Breakfast selection could be richer and could have had more vegan options. There aren't any restaurants neither a beach in walking distance
