We spent a wonderful 5 days together at this lovely home, on this beautiful lake! The boys rented a pontoon boat for touring and tubing...the kids had a blast! Everyone, including the pups, enjoyed the lake. Relaxing in the pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day. The only downside was that the walk to the lake was a bit challenging for we older folks. Wish we had a few more days to just chill! Thank you Laura for attending to our needs.

I have stayed at this property 3 times and the most recent stay was again wonderful. The property is clean and complete with everything needed. Very nice property, fairly level walk to the dock (important to me as I had elderly guests). Also get dock!

We’ve never stayed at a better stocked, clean & convenient home. We wanted for nothing and the house is even better than described. Communication with management was nearly instantaneous. Great experience!

The layout was amazing...places to gather and places to escape for alone time. The life-size uno game and air hockey were added bonuses for my grandkids. Kayaks and lake were fun. Grass a bit long, but yard was just reseeded and its been a bit rainy. Great views of the lake and sunsets. Beds were comfy. The hostess was very helpful and kind. We would love to stay at this property again

Our family had a lovely time at this beautiful, well equipped, comfy, large lakefront home. It was so fun getting together!
We even had our furry family member with us!

Short drive from Atlanta…less than two hours from the airport for family to fly in.
Nearby Gainesville offers cute shops and restaurants.

We had friends visit from up North. The house is very spacious and well appointed. The dock is great. Everyone had a great time!

Our second stay in this home and we had a wonderful time. We even got lucky with the weather, only one rain shower the entire week. Spent lots of time in the water and relaxing on the dock. I highly recommend this property!

My husband and I booked this house for us and our kids and their spouses. It was a perfect July 4 getaway! There was plenty of space for sleeping, playing, and relaxing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The garage was stocked with lots of floats, kayaks, and life vest. We rented a boat and were able to dock it out on the boat dock. We hope to make it back one day!

I rented this property for my daughter and I from Florida, daughter and her spouse in VT, and step daughter with her husband and my grandchildren for the Thanksgiving holiday. This house is set up for the spacial privacy for everyone, We found the property to be very comfortable, clean and private. Our host, Laura was attentive to our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful, family oriented place to vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is beautiful with several different living areas, all very comfortable. Situated right on the lake, there were open areas to visualize the lake from the deck was a big plus as well.
The one thing to caution future guests that may have mobility issues is the stairs leading down to the dock were uneven and a bit rickety, with a big step down to land, and then another big step up to the dock itself. This might not be an issue when the lake is at full pool, but did present some challenges for us older parents whose knees don’t work as well, lol.
However, the property and house was beautiful and we would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

This was our second stay at this beautiful lake home! The house is clean, well-equipped and plenty spacious for our group of 7 adults! Highly recommend!

This property is fantastic and has everything you could want and more. Beautifully decorated and very clean with just about any amenity you could ask for. Great location with good views of the lake and a walkable and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed spending time on the dock and in the hot tub, out in the kayak and lounging inside. Sure hope we can return soon!

Stayed with family including elderly. They were able to walk to the dock which was very nice. Home is clean and very updated. Two refrigerators was nice. TV's everywhere....wonderful views of the lake from the bedrooms.

This beautiful lake house was great!! There was plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor room for our family to spread out. We loved that we could walk out to the lake and get right into the water. The boat dock was nearby as were the grocery, restaurants, water park and other attractions for our 1 and 2 year-old grandchildren. We did have to be extra cautious with the little ones near the stairs and near the boat dock. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful property for entire family to enjoy!
We had family from 4 different states get together and stay at this amazing property. The pictures do not serve the place any justice. The kitchen was fully stocked and every single room had streaming TVs in them. We didn’t spend much time at all watching TV as there was so much to do outside in the yard, dock, or lake. We brought a boat and the location was perfect for the kids to swim and do some tubing. We hope to come back next year as all ages had a great time and the kids were asking to go back next summer!

Fantastic time on the Lake Lanier
Our entire family filled up the house and created many memories. Easy to get into town and sightsee and the deep water was great for swimming as well as beautiful and calm on a holiday weekend. Hope to bring the family back next year!!!.

This home is located on a quiet street, situated on a hill with a nice view of the lake, and close to the public boat ramp. The home was quite spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 8. We all enjoyed our time. There is plenty to do in and around the home - air hockey, pool, hot tub, lake activities. Everyone kept commenting on the nice home. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

This house had everything - lots of room to spread out, fire pit for s’mores, hot tub for chillin’, even a swing on the dock to take it in the lake. Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely rent again.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The best part of the house was having three king beds to choose from, each with their own bathroom and tv which is great for couples or families traveling together. Everything was clean, cozy, and well stocked.
We were unfamiliar with the lake, and did not realize how far away many of the lake attractions would be from the house (like Margaritaville) but enjoyed our long boat rides looking at all the other beautiful properties on the lake going back and forth.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The best part of the house was having three king beds to choose from, each with their own bathroom and tv which is great for couples or families traveling together. Everything was clean, cozy, and well stocked.
We were unfamiliar with the lake, and did not realize how far away many of the lake attractions would be from the house (like Margaritaville) but enjoyed our long boat rides looking at all the other beautiful properties on the lake going back and forth.

I'm very picky about where we stay. This place was spotless and extremely spread out for 7 of us. The views of the lake from the kitchen and deck are amazing. There is a nice sized TV's in every room! They thought of everything to make the stay comfortable.
We would definitely stay again!
